DEPARTURES •

• •

All the departures mentioned in the programs have guaranteed departures, meaning that all the tours will run regardless of the number of participants. Our tour leaders are all experienced and English-speaking experts and will be staying with the group throughout the entire trip. The tour leader will be the main point of reference for the guests during the tour. Passengers will meet the tour manager at the information meeting at the hotel at 6 p.m. on the day they join. It is the responsibility of the guest to be on time or inform the agency in case they are unable to attend the meeting. Group size will maximum be 35 pax. If less than 12 pax are booked, then sightseeing can be made on SIC instead of privately for the group, e.g. a SIC sightseeing tour or Hop-On Hop-Off passes.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT • • •

All Reservations should be received by Tour Partner Group Nordics on E-mail: Ranjan.Bachheti@tourpartnergroup.com A refundable booking amount of € 500 to be made at the time of confirmation of booking. The tour should be paid in full latest 35 days before the starting day of the tour. If full payment is not received by this date, Tour Partner Group Nordics reserves the right to cancel the reservation. If the reservation is made later than 35 days prior to the starting date of the tour, the reservation will be confirmed at the moment the full payment has been received.

RATES, TAXES & TIPS •

Please note that the rates are calculated in Euros and should be paid in Euros. All the taxes and service charges at restaurants and hotels are included in the tour price, therefore tipping is not necessary. Tips for the tour escort and driver are entirely at the guests’ own discretion.

CANCELLATION POLICY • • •

From 35 to 21 days prior to starting date – 20% of the total cost. Less than 21 days prior to starting date – 100% of the total cost. All cancelations have to be sent in writing by e-mail to Tour Partner Group Nordics. The cancellation will only be valid once you have received a confirmation from Tour Partner Group Nordics that we have received your cancellation.

HOTELS •

All the hotels are first class and have been selected because of their excellent location. Please note that purpose built triple rooms are unusual in Scandinavia. It is possible for 3 persons to share a room but this will normally be a regular size double room with an extra bed. Please also note that single rooms normally are smaller than double rooms.

TRANSPORT •

All coaches and trains are modern and first class with air-condition, reclining seats and coaches have seat-belts, (Toilet in large coaches and trains). We use coach companies with experienced English-speaking drivers. The size of coach will vary as per the number of pax in the group.

LUGGAGE •

Passengers may bring 1 suitcase of max. 20 kilos per person plus one small backpack or handbag that may be taken onto the bus.

MEALS •

Breakfast buffet is included at all hotels. Dinners are also included. If the clients have a very early flight on the last day, no refund can be given for breakfast not taken. Please advise the dietary needs of passengers at the time of the booking. No lunches are included in the offer.

TRAVEL INSURANCE, PASSPORTS AND VISAS •

Tour Partner Group Nordics is not responsible for loss of luggage or other personal items, we therefore advise clients to buy a luggage and accident insurance. Regarding travel documents, it is the responsibility of the client to have the necessary valid documents and visas for the trip.

COMPLAINTS • •

Although all efforts have been done to ensure that the services offered by our suppliers; the hotels, transportation companies and other contracted suppliers live up to our high standards and are in compliance with local laws and regulations, Tour Partner Group Nordics cannot be held responsible for any infringement or omissions by third parties. Tour Partner Group Nordics cannot be held responsible for any personal injuries or losses caused by force majeure or by events outside our control such as strikes and delayed flights. Tour Partner Group Nordics reserves the right to make changes in the tour which it deems to be in the best interest of the passengers.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

The itinerary with its inclusions is possible to operate as per today’s situation. Please note that changes in the itinerary can occur, if any actions by any supplier is made due to the COVID-19 situation. This can be but not limited to: closures, revised opening hours, pax limitations, delays, activity durations, menus and change of activity. Any price difference will be aimed at being absorbed by introducing similar alternatives, but if it requires any additional cost, then we will inform you and come to an agreement. Additional cost will be billed on the final invoice.
