Therefore, our Capital Classics tour, including Oslo, Stockholm, and Copenhagen, has received a new look. This 7-day city tour has a special focus on implementing sustainable urban developments and potential solutions to the climatic challenges of the regions. Additionally, the menu throughout the entire journey is vegan, from breakfast to snacks and dinner. You can taste vegan versions of local specialties such as Smørrebrød and Flødeboller. Stockholm will be explored sustainably with a kayak tour along its canals, as the city is composed of 14 islands. A city walk in Oslo will illustrate how the new sustainable architectural style blends with traditional buildings to create a new cityscape. In Copenhagen, the focus is on the challenges posed by climate change for urban planning and how the people of Copenhagen are addressing them.

ITINERARY
DAY 1: ARRIVAL
Arrival in Oslo and welcome by the tour guide – Transfer to the hotel – Dinner near the hotel
DAY 2: OSLO
The day begins with a city tour of Oslo, highlighting the integration of new sustainable architecture with traditional buildings to create a new cityscape. Afterwards, visit the Climate House, part of the Natural History Museum, where the Earth’s climate system and potential future consequences of climate change are illustrated. In the evening, participate in a wine tasting, including vegan organic wine and delicious vegan snacks

On a leisurely train journey, you travel through the lakeside landscape of Sweden to reach Stockholm – arrival in the Swedish capital – typical Swedish dinner in the evening
City tour with a focus on the challenges posed by climate change for urban planning and how the Copenhageners address them – followed by a tasting of traditional Danish Bolcher and Flødeboller – visit to CopenHill, one of the most innovative waste-to-energy power plants – concluding with a ride on the water bus, part of Copenhagen’s public transport network, to a 3-course dinner.
