Veteran TV anchor Art Holliday has been chosen as news director for 5 On Your Side. He became interim news director at the end of 2020 and was chosen for the permanent role after a nationwide search. Holliday has been with the station since 1979 and most recently co-anchored the 4 p.m. news broadcast.

He formerly worked as an automation specialist in IT and business management. The organization also named Denise Wilkerson a personal lines specialist.
