Also, we’ve worked with the contractor and TxDOT to revise the design to make the landscaping look more cohesive with what is in place south of Eldorado Parkway.

U.S. HWY 380 TxDOT continues to implement the first phase of traffic control. TxDOT has introduced intermittent lane closures and is installing temporary striping, and modifying signal timing. Standing progress meetings will be scheduled in the near future.

SPOTLIGHT

My name is Brian Salvesen and I started as the Planner in October. I am currently finishing up my Masters in Community and Regional Planning (M.C.R.P) from UTA. I completed my undergrad at Texas State University. Before working for the Town, I was at the Council of Governments in Arlington, and before that, I was in the Army serving as Geospatial Analyst. I’m married to my wife Emma, and we have two dogs, Finley and Jet. My hobbies include reading, home improvement projects, gardening, and camping.

My name is Ramiro Garza and I started as a Street Crew Leader in January. I was born and raised in Frisco and graduated from Frisco High in 1992. I started working with the City of Frisco and retired from there. Now I'm ready to start a new chapter with the awesome Town of Little Elm. My hobbies have always been football and baseball. I have two wonderful kiddos. Chloe (13) attends Walker Middle School and keeps me busy with volleyball. Nicholas (15) attends Little Elm High and keeps me busy with football, wrestling, and powerlifting. I've been trying to keep up with him on workouts, but it's not happening. I still live in Frisco and take care of my mother.
