Check-in is guaranteed by 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please notify the Front Desk Staff at extension “0” if you would like to arrange a late checkout time.

Complimentary coffee is available in the Lobby. Breakfast is available in the Glacier Rock Atrium. Hot Breakfast Buffet served Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Saturday and Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access is available throughout the hotel.

Our Exercise Room is open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily, located on the Fifth Floor.

Express Check-Out
Express Check-Out is available. Your folio will be delivered to your guest room by 5:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please review your receipt and call the Front Desk Staff at extension “0” to arrange for your Express Check-Out. Please leave your room key in the room on the desk upon your departure.
Forgot Something?
For your added comfort and convenience, we have the following complimentary items available upon request: razors, shaving cream, deodorant, combs, sewing kits, mouthwash, toothbrushes and toothpaste. Please call the Front Desk Staff, 24 hours a day, to request any of the items listed.
Guest Laundry
A coin-operated washer and dryer are located on the Third Floor, near the stairs. Laundry detergent is available at the Front Desk for $1.50 per load. Laundry hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily.
Housekeeping
Call the Front Desk Staff at extension “0” for items you may need. Normal items, such as extra linens, towels, facecloths, soap, toiletries, etc., are available 24 hours a day, free of charge.
In-Room Amenities
For your convenience, an alarm clock/radio, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available in every guest room. There is a refrigerator in all rooms except the handicap accessible rooms.
Lost & Found
To report a lost or found item, please call Housekeeping at extension 809 and leave a message. The Housekeeping Staff will return your call.
Luggage
There are luggage carts available throughout the hotel for your convenience. We will be happy to store or assist you with your luggage. Please call the Front Desk Staff at extension “0.” The luggage room is accessible 24 hours a day.

If you have a message, the light on your phone will be lit. To check your messages, dial extension 350 and follow the prompts. Mail can be picked up or sent from the Front Desk.

Swimming Pool, Hot Tub and Steam Room
The indoor pool is open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily. Pool rules and safety tips are posted in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Towel service is available. You may access via your room key.

Beverage and vending machines are located on the First and Third Floors at the end of the hallway. Ice machines are located on the First and Third Floors at the end of the hallway. The First Floor beverage machine has Pepsi products.

This spectacular red stone mansion was the home of legendary circus showman Al. Ringling and his wife Lou, and later it became the home of Aida Ringling North, Al.’s only sister. Al. was the eldest of the five famous Ringling brothers. The Ringling Bros. Circus was at its peak when the mansion was built.
