Siam’s Talay Grille at the Inn is an Asian Seafood Restaurant that also features the most popular of Thai appetizers from Siam Telluride. Jeff and his team focus on using the freshest ingredients including fresh fish flown in daily plus a focus on providing exceptional service. The Bar is open from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. and the dinner is served from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. A la carte gourmet breakfast is served daily in the winter season between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., and summer season between 7:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

Amenities & Services Climate Controls:
For your comfort, each room has individual climate controls. On the thermostat turn the fan control switch, located on the bottom left side, to the “auto” position. Set the bottom right hand switch to the “heat” or “cool” position as desired. Set temperature control to desired level. The humidistat setting should remain between 30% and 40% for optimum benefit.
Complimentary Coffee & Tea: For your convenience, a coffee maker, regular coffee, decaffeinated coffee, hot tea, hot cocoa and coffee accompaniments are available in your residence. If you require more of any of these items before we have the opportunity to replenish them please dial extension 610 for assistance. Additionally, coffee will be served in the lobby from 5:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. daily.

The Mountain Village Market is located in the Mountain Village and can be reached by the West-bound gondola. It carries a broad range of grocery items, wine and beer. For your convenience, our staff is happy to do your grocery shopping for you. Delivery charge is 20% of purchase.
Housekeeping Services:
Daily cleaning and nightly turndown service are provided by our Housekeeping staff for your comfort. Our team will be happy to assist you with toiletries, cribs, blankets, additional towels, makeup mirrors or any other housekeeping needs or other requests. We also have a full-time engineering staff on premises that will gladly assist with any facility issues. Please notify the front desk should you require assistance with anything in your room.

Amenities & Services Rooftop Spa Tubs:
The outdoor rooftop spa tubs are located on the seventh floor on the northeast and northwest corners of the building. The spa tubs are available for guest use by reservations only between the hours of 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily. Spa Tubs are kept locked so please notify the Front Desk when you would like to use the spa tubs. Towels are provided. For the safety of all of our guests and the maintenance of all the spa tubs, please refrain from bringing glass containers into the tub area. A parent or guardian is required to accompany children under the age of 12 years.
Ski/Snowboard Rental:
Christy Sports, located on the plaza level of the Inn, provides ski and snowboard equipment rentals and demos. Ski and snowboard valet service are complimentary services of the Inn at Lost Creek.
Smoking:
This Property is non-smoking. Please be advised that the Colorado Clean Indoor Air Act prohibits smoking of any kind within 15 feet of the building. If there is evidence of smoking in your room or on your balcony, we reserve the right to charge your account a cleaning fee of $250.00.
Sports Shop:
Christy Sports is a specialty ski and board shop located on the plaza level of the Inn. It features high performance ski and snowboard equipment, apparel, accessories, tuning and custom boot fitting center. Please call 970-369-4727 for more information.
Steam Shower:
If your room is equipped with a steam shower, please follow these instructions: access the steam shower control panel located in the shower enclosure. Press the on button. The red light Indicator will then turn on, indicating it is starting to generate steam. Wait approximately 5 to 7 minutes for steam to be generated. You may then enjoy your steam shower. Press the off button when you are finished.
Valet Parking:
The Inn has a heated, underground, and secure parking garage for your vehicle. The valet parking charge is $25.00 per day. Please call the Bell Desk for valet service and retrieval.

Wireless Internet Access:
Free wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and in your room. To access, open your internet browser and log on to the Inn at Lost Creek server. The wireless password is: telluride (all lower case). A guest computer station is also available for your use in the lobby. 9

In the event of an emergency, dial “610” for the Inn at Lost Creek Operator. The Operator will direct you to the appropriate source of care and assistance.
Emergency Procedures:
When you first arrive, locate the exits on your residence floor. Walk to each exit and count the doors along the hallway wall between the floor exit and your residence, so you can find your way, should the hallway be smoke-filled or dark. Locate all fire alarms and fire extinguishers in your residence and on your floor.
If the fire alarm sounds, it is very important to remain calm and not to panic. Do not attempt to use the elevators; they will not work. The elevators will automatically descend to the lobby and remain there until the alarm is cleared. In the event of an emergency, the Inn staff will execute emergency procedures immediately and will announce the status of the alarm to all guests.
In the unlikely event of an electrical outage, the elevators will automatically descend to the lobby level so do not attempt to use them. Use the flashlight located in your night stand drawer. The Inn is equipped with emergency lighting in public areas. The Inn staff will keep you updated on the current situation.
Fire Safety:
Inn at Lost Creek is equipped with a state-of-the-art monitored fire alarm system that will alert the Inn operator and fire department in the unlikely event of a fire. Smoke alarms are located in each residence and fire extinguishers are located on every floor.

High Altitude Tips At 9,500 feet above sea level, the air is short of oxygen. Our suggestions for minimizing possible high-altitude effects are as follows. . he chances of developing Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) are greater when one ascends T quickly and is immediately physically active. Almost everyone who ascends to Telluride’s altitude experiences some altitude related symptoms regardless of physical conditioning. . he symptoms of AMS may include sleepiness, headache, nausea and lack of coordination, T fatigue, shortness of breath and vomiting. Symptoms can mimic the flu but usually occur 6-24 hours after ascent and may take one to two days to subside.
Here are some ways to reduce the effects of altitude sickness:
• Avoid alcohol for a few days • Drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration, specifically water • Avoid caffeine • Eat lightly • Take aspirin or an anti-inflammatory • Participate in moderate activity, avoid over-exertion for 2-3 days

ACTIVITIES & ADVENTURES Telluride’s San Juan Mountains offer a wonderful variety of outdoor activities, as well as exciting cultural and historical diversions. Our Front Desk staff is eager to assist you with information, activities and tours, as well as reservations at excellent restaurants in the Telluride area. Please call or visit us at the Front Desk. Activity providers have 24-hour cancellation policies associated with most activities. Most guides and outfitters regard snow and rain as normal mountain conditions. Rain, snow or shine there is plenty to experience in the area and we truly look forward to assisting you!
Fly Fishing:
Try your hand at fishing the San Miguel River or an alpine lake with an experienced guide, or venture out on your own. Half-day and full-day walk and wade trips are available, as well as float trips. Please respect the practice of catch-and-release!
Glider Rides:
Soar over the San Juan Mountains in silent flight! Take off from the Telluride airport with an experienced mountain pilot and experience the serenity of gliding. What a wonderful way to view the Telluride area. Bring your camera and take home birds-eye views of the magnificent San Juan Mountains. Glider reservations and transportation arrangements to the Telluride airport may be made through the Front Desk.
Golf:
Take in a round of golf on the Telluride Golf Club’s beautiful 18-hole course where the first tee is situated at 9,300 feet of elevation. Besides gaining distance on your drives and fairway shots at this altitude, you will enjoy fabulous views of Wilson Peak and the Sneffels range; you might even spot deer, elk or other area wildlife. Tee times may be made 48 hours in advance through the Front Desk.
Helicopter Skiing:
Whether you are a novice or an advanced skier, you may wish to consider a helicopter skiing adventure. This full day experience includes five lifts, lunch and transportation. Basic tours include a maximum of four people. If you prefer a customized trip, this can be arranged and entitles you to exclusive use of the aircraft and guides for the day.
Hiking:
Care to enjoy the Telluride area by foot? The Front Desk staff has trailhead maps available and will be happy to suggest appropriate hikes for all levels of ability. Challenge yourself to a self-guided 2-hour round-trip hike to beautiful Bear Creek Falls or a guided climb to 14,000-foot Wilson Peak.
Historic Walking Tours:
Enjoy a walking tour of Telluride. Knowledgeable and entertaining local guides provide tours of the National Historic Landmark District of Telluride. The area’s mining history, Victorian architecture and local lore can all be explored on a walking tour. Amongst some of the sites is the building which was the site of Butch Cassidy’s first bank robbery and “popcorn alley” where the ladies of the night used to entertain the miners. Tours are available daily May through September and last approximately one and a quarter hours. During the winter season, the tours are available by reservation only. 12
ACTIVITIES & ADVENTURES Horseback Riding:
From one-hour rides to all-day adventures, explore the region the Western way. Ride horseback through shimmering aspen groves or past herds of grazing elk. Try a breakfast or dinner ride with hearty chuck wagon fare. In the winter horse drawn sleigh rides are available to enjoy Telluride’s back country.
Ice Climbing:
Beginner or advanced, you can experience the exhilaration of an ice climb right here in Telluride at Bridal Veil Falls or in nearby Ouray or Ophir. The Front Desk can arrange for your guide to pick you up at the Inn and will provide the necessary equipment for the climb if you do not have your own equipment. Half day and full day climbs are available.
Ice-Skating:
Ice skating is right outside of your door on the Mountain Village pond. Skates may be rented at the Mountain Village Ice skating rink.
Jeep Tours: What better way to enjoy this beautiful mountain scenery than to have an experienced driver/guide as an escort. You can tour the Old Tomboy mining town on the way to Imogene Pass, or take in the stunning wildflowers over a picnic lunch at Alta Lakes. Sit back and enjoy this or other open air rides while your guide takes you back in time.
Mountain Biking:
Telluride guides offer a variety of options to all levels or riders, from strenuous hut-tohut tours to downhill bike tours complete with lunches, snacks, bikes and helmets. Or if you want to take off on your own, the Front Desk has biking trail maps.
River Rafting & Kayaking:
Raft a portion of the San Miguel River, class II and III rapids, with an experienced guide. This is a perfect river for beginners! Or for the more advanced rafter, take a full day and raft the Gunnison River where you will encounter class III and IV rapids. The whitewater season begins late May on the San Miguel River and runs through October on the Colorado, Animas and Gunnison Rivers. From the ultimate wild river experience to a classic float, your river trip can last two hours to a full day. Depending on the length of the trip, snacks or meals will be provided by your guide.
Rock-Climbing:
Would you like to climb the Ophir wall? This famous climbing wall is minutes from the Inn. Your Front Staff can arrange a guided climb with a world-class experienced climber. Equipment is provided and different levels of ability can be accommodated from beginner to advanced.
Skiing/Snowboarding Lessons:
Private group and children’s lessons are available through Telluride Ski and Golf Company. Please contact the Front Desk for more information.
