“Bienvendos a Santa Fe” Welcome to Santa Fe The staff at the Inn on the Alameda will do everything in our power to make your stay an endearing Santa Fe experience. “Mi Casa es su Casa” - My home is your home, a philosophy each one of us at the Inn lives by. We’ll start your day off with an abundant breakfast buffet, with over 21 hot and cold options, scrambled eggs, house specialties, quiche, frittata, pastries, cereals, yogurt, fresh cut fruit, breads, red and green Chile, these include numerous vegetarian options along with a few vegan and gluten-free choices. If you have any special needs, please let our staff know and we will do our best to accommodate. We are at your disposal to help with all of your needs: dinner reservations, information, directions, or even just for a casual chat over breakfast or your afternoon guest social hour. The sincerity of our staff in unparalleled. We are here to make sure that you are comfortable, carefree and always welcome. The Guest Social Hour is offered daily from 4:00 – 5:00 pm in our Lounge where we also serve dinner from 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm, offering “Southwestern, Healthy and Healthyish fare”, and a full bar. We are here to offer our friendship as well as our service and look forward to having you visit us time and time again. Our Environmental Policy The Inn on the Alameda is committed to protecting the environment, the health and safety of our employees and our guests, as well as the community in which we conduct our business. It is our policy to adopt environmentally responsible business practices by conserving energy, water, and other natural resources; recycling and purchasing recycled products, and reducing our use of toxic cleaning products. We are committed to these goals while maintaining our high standards for customer comfort and enjoyment.

OUR PARTICIPATION IN PHASE TWO OF THE GREEN CONCIERGE CERTIFICATION®

In January of 2013, the Inn on the Alameda voluntarily agreed to participate in HospitalityGreen’s Green Concierge (GC) Certification® Program. We moved from a Tier one - Bronze facility to a Tier Two - Silver facility in 2015.

OUR SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES

The following practices have been implemented to maintain our standing. We are replacing all expired light bulbs with energy efficient ones Weekly we recycle plastic, paper and aluminum Low flow toilets and fixtures are in all bathrooms Guests participate in a towel re-use program Email confirmations and E-Brochures are used to reduce the amount of paper products used We use a minimum of 30% recycled content writing papers Our bathroom tissue comes from minimum 50% recycled content paper We dispose of hazardous waste according to state regulations We use non-toxic cleaning products in our guest rooms We reduce waste by buying in bulk

COMMITMENT TO GREEN

With its location in the arid mountain-desert of the Southwest, the Inn has always been aware of sustainability. Our courtyard gardens are xeriscape for low water usage, and plants have been chosen for drought-tolerance as well as beauty. Adhering to the City of Santa Fe’s water conservation regulations, it is the Inn’s policy to change your sheets on the fourth day of your stay. If circumstances require an early change, please contact Housekeeping at ext. 5550. If you wish to use your towels for another day, please hang them back on the towel rack. This guest directory provides information about our property. If you should need additional information, a desk clerk is available to answer any questions you may have by dialing 0, or inquiring at the front desk.

BREAKFAST

Complimentary breakfast is served from 7:00 am -10:00 am, 7 days a week in the Lobby and Agoyo Lounge.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out time is 12:00 noon. If you need a late check-out please check with the front desk. Late check-outs will be approved based on occupancy.

CONCIERGE

Our front desk staff can assist with restaurants, shopping, touring, and sightseeing. Just dial 0, or stop by for any assistance.

CRIBS

Cribs are available on a limited basis, dial 0 for front desk to arrange.

DRY CLEANING

Guests may leave clothing items to be dry cleaned at the Front Desk by 8:00 am for return by 6:00 pm, except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

FITNESS

Two hot tubs and exercise room are available 24-hours daily with room key access. See property map for location.

FORGET SOMETHING

Forget Something? Just call the front desk and we will provide you with a compliment replacement of tooth-brushes, tooth-paste, shaving crème, soaps, etc.

GUEST SAFETY

Guest safety is of primary concern, our front desk is staffed 24/7 and a security guard is on property from 8:00 pm until 6:00 am.

GUEST SOCIAL HOUR

Complimentary wine and light snacks are available 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm in the Agoyo Lounge.

HUMIDIFIERS

Humidifiers are available for our guests as needed. Please dial 0 for assistance.

Guest laundry is located on site in the basement of the deluxe building and is available for your use 24-hours daily.

LOUNGE

The Agoyo Lounge offers a full bar and dinner service from 5:00 pm – 9:30 pm, 7 days a week. Special holiday hours may apply.

PARKING Parking is complimentary.

REFRIGERATORS

Refrigerators are available for our guests as needed, please dial 0 for assistance.

ROOM SERVICE

We do not offer room service, however, if you wish to dine in your room, you may order carry out from the Lounge off of the lounge menu. Dial 0 to place your order.

SHUTTLE

Our courtesy shuttle will deliver you to your destination within three miles of the Inn upon availability.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Special dinners, lunches, or receptions may be arranged in advance with our group sales manager. Menus are custom designed for these special occasions. Please dial 5544 for more information.

TEMPERATURE

Each room has individual controls for heating and air conditioning.

WEDDING GARDEN

Our Wedding Garden is available for groups of up to 20, for marriage ceremonies, commitment ceremonies or vow renewals. Dial 5544 for more information.
