Designed by Harry Weese, the Chazen is home to the second-largest collection of art in Wisconsin, with more than 20,000 works, including paintings, sculpture, drawings, prints, photographs, and decorative arts covering geographic locations from Ancient Greece, Western Europe, the Soviet Empire, Moghul India, eighteenth-century Japan, and modern Africa. Monona Terrace Convention Center Located on the shores of Lake Monona in downtown Madison, Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center is an incomparable meeting facility combining a Frank Lloyd Wright design, beautiful lake views, and state-of-the-art technology. Wisconsin State Capitol Located on an isthmus between two lakes at the heart of the city. The only granite dome in the U.S. has over 40 different types of stone from around the world inside, as well as murals and handmade furniture. Visitors are invited on a guided tour that includes the rich history of the winery as well as an explanation of the tradition and modern wine facilities.
