Orthodontics is the movement, alignment and straightening of teeth.

As individuals, we are all having to make more and more provision for our own health needs. We believe that the best way is to make treatment affordable without compromising of high quality of care and materials.

Both children and more increasingly adults have these straightening procedures.

Orthodontics can be provided either using conventional metal braces or the ‘clear braces’ known as Invisalign.

Invisalign A computerised programme showing fantastic before and after pictures allowing you to see crooked, crowded and uneven teeth being straightened. This has become one of our most popular treatments.

Fixed Braces Clear fixed braces can also be provided utilising tooth coloured wires and white brackets.

SmileScription: Crowns & Veneers Crowns and veneers can be used along or in combination with other dental treatments to replace broken teeth or improve a smile.

Porcelain and ceramic crowns are available along with gold and metal if requested.

SmileScription: Dental Implants An implant is a titanium screw that replaces the root of a lost tooth.

Implants can be utilised to replace single or multiple teeth. Dentures can also be dramatically stabilised by dental implants.

Implants offer many benefits. They prevent bone loss, gum recession, prevent movement of neighbouring teeth, remove the need for dentures and replace missing teeth.

They look and feel like your own teeth should.

Consultations We are dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals. If you would like to have a consultation before choosing a service, you may book a consultation for a £100 fee.

This fee however, is applied to any future service or product of your choice!

Scheduling Appointments are preferred, but not always necessary. If we have available Health Experts, we will be happy to provide your desired treatment. Most procedures however, are booked several weeks in advance.

Arrival Check in at reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a medical skin spa, we require that all new clients fill out skincare history information and treatment consent forms. For your convenience, you can now download the new-client paperwork from our website.

Late Arrivals Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the other clients’ sessions can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time, we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible; however, with some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

If you are 20+ minutes late for your scheduled facial, you will be considered a “no-show” and charged for 100% of your service fee. For all other scheduled treatments, if you are 5+ minutes late, you will be considered a “no-show” and charged at 100% of your service price.

Cancellations Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge for 50% of treatment scheduled. All services cancelled or rescheduled the day of appointment will be charged at 100% of service price.

Standard Reservation Policy A credit/debit card number or gift certificate number is required to secure all appointments.

Product Returns Your satisfaction is paramount. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please return it together with your receipt within two weeks of the purchase.

We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for a product or products more suited to your desired result. If you do not wish to have a product exchange, we would be happy to give you a credit toward one of our services, or a refund credited back to you in the same method of payment used for purchase.

Added Comfort With any of our medically based treatments, a topical anesthetic cream is available and can be applied 15 minutes before your treatment. You may order your cream when you schedule your appointment.

Payment Tracey Bell accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also have custom financing packages available for several of our series of treatments.

We no longer accept cheques.

Gratuities Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included in any service or package.

Valuables We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, and encourage you to leave valuables at home.

Gift Vouchers Tracey Bell gift vouchers are available for a variety of treatment and are valid for one year from date of issue. Please enquire at reception for suggestions or more information.
