The Third Annual Jared Werning Cattle Production Sale
On behalf of Kassi & myself, it is our privilege to welcome you to our 3rd Annual Production Sale. We are humbled & honored to be considered by you as your seedstock providers & friends. 2024 marked another year of progress, and though it went by fast, it ended with great excitement for the beef business & record-high prices nationwide. It’s great to see all your hard work & countless hours of being caretakers pay off. Though we don’t get away often, it sure was rewarding for us to witness JWC customers have great success at local sale barns in December/January. Keen bull selection & genetic advancements, coupled with your management practices are putting more dollars in your pockets than ever before.
As you prepare to flip through this catalog, there are multiple topics we would like to talk about. First would be DNA. Here at Jared Werning Cattle, we are adamant that we Parent Verify & GGP 100K GE DNA every animal. The 100K DNA genomics provide you the most accurate & manipulation free data there is to offer. This allows you to buy with confidence knowing exactly what you are getting when the gavel drops. We guarantee it’s the most transparent & straight forward way to present EPD data to you in the most accurate way possible.
Our herd health is another area of our business that we take great pride in. Years of experience & discipline have led me to the conclusion that as breeders, we must do herd health testing every year to ensure maintaining healthy & safe animals that you can be confident introducing into your herd. Annually we Johne’s test every cow/herd bull & all sale animals 18mo. & older. Our recipient co-op herds are held to the same standard, running a full health panel on every recip prior to any embryos being transferred. Herd health starts long before day one. Great attention to detail of our feed/mineral program, veterinary care protocols, and things as simple as living environment - from lot management to daily hand-picking soiled bedding from the calving facility. While not feasible at every operation - in our mind, these practices are the only way to adequately approach herd health & sure helps us sleep at night knowing that we are doing our due diligence.
As always, you know how much we weigh on the phenotype of our cattle. As you view these animals throughout this catalog & in person, we think you will recognize the JWC difference. The structural integrity & eye appeal of the animals is meant to assist in longevity, productivity, and to leave lasting impressions on you & the buyers of your animals. Putting our DNA genomics work & matching it with our threshold of physical quality is what we take great pride in. It’s our job to sort through EPDs on paper & actual do-ability & real-world function to make animals that can be utilized to make your herd profitable. It’s easy to breed for the big numbers, but it’s hard to do so & maintain fleshing ability, longevity, and eye appeal. I spend too many hours in a day looking at different matings, new bulls, analyzing EPDs, and dreaming about making cattle better. It’s always an unfinished job & is never perfect but we sure have fun learning a little more each year how we can continue to push the needle in the right direction.
The most rewarding part of this business is being able to share it with you, our friends & customers. Some days are tough & others are incredible, being able to connect with you all, and together - share our experiences makes it all so worthwhile. A short few years ago I never dreamed of having our own sale or ever writing a sale letter, but we love the life of raising cattle & getting to do it with the help of you all. What this community & you as friends & customers have done for us the past two & a half years brings tears to my eyes. Nothing I can say will ever express how grateful we are for all of you, and how much more appreciation we have for the people in our lives.
About the cattle - the set of bulls we are offering is our proudest achievement yet. Come see them in person, ask questions, and make a game plan for what best suits your needs. This group of bulls has been the most enjoyable in terms of attitude, performance, health, and new genetics. I will never forget the bulls of 2025. The bred females every year must fill the shoes of the previous year. This group I think, did just that. It’s fun for us to offer direct daughters & granddaughters of legendary cows of influence like 8543U, Angel 2870Z, Angel 9005G, Angel 7113E, Angel 7114E, Missie 810, and Victoria B396E. These donors have built the program & paid dividends for hundreds of cattlemen nationwide. The service sires to these females add even more excitement, featuring the service of ZTGC Just Cuz, Duff Rizz, and the highly anticipated 2/F JWC Unassisted 675K! To show our commitment to the bred heifer offering, we are selling every home raised bred heifer except two. The two we are keeping for donors will still be available via a choice flush lot in this very sale.
If it’s possible for you to view these cattle before sale day we encourage that you do so -they are always available for viewing at your convenience. Again, thank you for considering us for your seedstock needs & thank you for giving us the opportunity & time of day. We are excited to see & visit with you on or before sale day February 14th!
Sincerely, Jared and Kassi
To venture out on one’s own takes grit, determination, and unwavering focus—qualities that empower a spirit to persevere toward the goals it sets. The right tools, equipment, and the solid foundation built from past experience help to guide the timing and scope of early successes. In today’s world, with the current political climate and challenges within the banking industry, it might seem downright crazy to pursue any “fresh start” in agriculture. Yet, the agricultural industry is buzzing with young talent—individuals who are ready to sacrifice, show patience, and explore innovative options to secure their future and that of their families.
As you read through this sale book, you’ll find an opportunity to do business with a couple who approach each move with strategy, poise, and enthusiasm. Jared and Kassi live with a fearless mindset, taking on each day with an “everything to gain and nothing to lose” attitude. It’s contagious, and for those who have engaged with the JWC over the past three years, their energy is palpable.
The JWC brand is rapidly becoming a household name in the industry. Jared and Kassi are passionate animal agriculturalists, and as a young couple, they continue to carve their path into the beef business record books. Their shared vision is one of consistently producing quality livestock, always focused on the fundamental traits of build, structure, fertility, udder quality, and longevity. Jared understands better than most that the longer a cow performs her intended role, the more profitable she can be. W/C Angel 2870Z, a true matriarch, embodies the qualities that ensure a cow’s longevity, just as her dam and maternal granddam did before her. If you’re looking to invest in a timeless cow family with enduring influence, now is the time to consider the prefix that is quickly gaining traction in the industry.
This year’s offering is the best Jared and Kassi have ever assembled in both quality and quantity. Once again, it will be infused with the dominant donor influence of 2870Z and her elite tribe of daughters, who make up the majority of the donor selection. 9005G will be the standout, but sisters like 7113E, with the same solid foundation, will be hard to outshine. The demand for their genetics continues to grow, and that momentum is showing no signs of slowing. One of the hottest bulls in the industry, JWC Living Proof—selected by Wheatland Cattle Company for $75,000—is now producing his first set of calves. “Just Cuz” is making waves in calving ease genetics, and this is just a glimpse of what’s inside this year’s offering. Cow families dominate the pedigrees throughout, and that’s why the bred females are in just as much demand as the herd sires. This is a program that represents a well-rounded approach—exactly as it should be.
We invite you to join us for this annual seedstock and commercial rancher event. You won’t leave hungry or thirsty, and you’re sure to enjoy the hospitality and fellowship. Should you need any advice or assistance, feel free to reach out to Jared, Kassi, or anyone from the Innovation Ag Marketing team. We look forward to seeing you at the sale!
God bless our nation and our troops. As always, enjoy the stock.
Sincerely,
Graham Blagg Jered Shipman Tim Anderson

The Bulls
Lot 1 JWC JOURNEYMAN 224M
Presenting the 2025 sale bull crop has been a moment that we have been excited for since the day we starting calving last spring, it is filled with the most powerful pedigrees we have been able to offer to date, and we think that the best cow families in the business all carry strong representations throughout this offering of stout, ranch ready bulls! Leading the charge is the potent combination of two cow families that are built around the premises of quality beef, and not only is this what you will find in the flesh, but they also build a strong case around this claim on the paper. OMF Journeyman J24 is breeding the kind that work in this business, the cattle come easy, grow heavy, and are built right. The combination behind the first seven bulls in this offering of OMF Journeyman J24 and W/C Angel 9005G has aligned the stars. The 9005G sons have been the most popular group of bulls the past two years with ranchers that demand pounds and pay weight. That is exactly what you will find here with 224M and 274M both genetically and with their own roar performance data. They rank in the top third of the breed or better for weaning weight and yearling weight, average daily gain and ribeye area. This pair that begins this mating not only bring pounds to the equation, but do it in a balanced and eye appealing package, and we think provide a dynamic option to an operation that looks to retain females or bulls, just as readily as they look to add value to feeder cattle.

OMF JOURNEYMAN J24

This member of the 7 strong flush brothers has always been ahead of the pack, he came to the weaning pen with over 800lbs of payweight, and is one that will be easy to find on the trip to Parkston as he comes with a powerful muscle shape and stout, rugged structural build. This baldy faced stud is an absolute powerhouse from end to end, and has the genetic backing to inject serious ammounts of growth into his progeny.

Lot 11 JWC GUARDIAN 584M
The $100,000 CLRS Guardian 317G has become one of the Simmental breeds most notable and reliable options for curve bending growth and carcass quality, he is the kind that can “do it all” from a genomic and EPD standpoint. His influence will go down as being one of the most versatile herd bulls in the registry with a EPD makeup that many would have thought would be unattainable, sporting top 5% or better rankings for BW, WW, YW, Milk, MWW, Stay, CW, MARB, REA, API & TI. The same all around quality and impressive trait dominance can be expected of the two sons that are represented in this 2025 sale draft. The most exciting part about these two is that not only are the genomics impressive of paper, but you will find that the real-world quantitative measurements they record reflect them accurately. A full brother, JWC Guardian 1023K sold for $9500 in 2024 to Carl Baier of Delmont.

There is no doubt that the hereditability of feature and quality is strong with the mating of MR SR 71 Right Now E1538 on the dam of distinction, W/C Angel 9005G. These full brothers come as no surprise either, as they are just another feather in the cap to this mating that has been a reliable source of quality for a few years now. This pair are full brothers to the $20,000, WC 9005 Angel 121J female that sold in the inaugural JWC Production Sale to Moore Land & Cattle. For several years now, MR SR 71 Right Now E1538 has been one of the most impressive combination sires in the registry, they are stock that come easily and the right shape, but then hit the gas all the way through to weaning and beyond. Combining these real world attributes with the impressive 9005G provides stock that are functional in their structural kind and impressive in their growth pattern. This pair of bulls offer a leading degree of versatility, and would be the perfect option for a stockman that is planning to keep an incredible set of replacement females from their service.

High sellers, show ring champions, and individuals of influence descend from this proven and prolific cow family. Even though these brothers already come with a pedigree that stirs plenty of attention, their incredible build and unique features elevate them into a whole new realm of production potential. A pair of purebred Angus studs that have us very excited about being in the business breed. We could not be more proud to have her influence anchor our Angus program, and think that this pair of sons are set to promote her reputation even further. Maternal sisters to the pair include, Austin Foss’ JWC Cruella 21J female that was the Supreme Champion Female at the Minnesota Beef Expo, and the pair of SCC SCH 24 Karat 838 daughters that were highlights of the 2024 fall sales of MPJ Cattle Company. This pair of full sisters that lead off the bred heifer division are the kind you can build a program around, as they impress from every aspect, genetically, phenotypically, and from a pedigree standpoint, we think they tie it all together. Being direct daughters of the immortal, Miss Werning 8543U ties them genetically to a linage of superstars within the breed. Her influence has built this offering, with five direct daughters, and 15 granddaughters. Her representation is even stronger in the bull divisions. These two females stem from a fresh mating on the legend, being sired by the $110,000 OMF Journeyman J24, the sire of last year’s high selling bull at $75,000 to Wheatland Cattle Company, that was out of a granddaughter of 8543U. A full sister to the high selling bull in the 2024 Production Sale, JWC 2/F Living Proof 283L. We think this female is going to be a prime piece of real estate once her older brother takes off as one of the most exciting new sires available to the Simmental breed. This is an influence that we are going all in on, especially after talking with our friends at Wheatland Land & Cattle about how Living Proof has continued to mature. They are proud to tell, that he remains one of the most phenotypically impressive bulls that they have ever been apart off, and that comes from a firm that has been involved with a long list of the most prolific herd bulls in the business. This purebred female is homozygous polled and homozygous black, curve bending about her growth trend, and set for success in production.

Merging together two outlier phenotype generators here has resulted in the only thing possible, a set of sisters that you will find posing pretty on sale day. Yet on both sides of the equation you will find individuals that have quality that reaches beyond the showring, they are stock that are the cowboy kind, with added maternal and performance value. These direct daughters of W/C Angel 7113E sport a combination of body mass and stoutness with an eye catching look from the side that is hard to deny. A flush brother to these females sold in the 2024 Production Sale to Harris Cattle Company. The added consistency and generating power that comes with the backing of 7113E, 2870Z and 8543U is priceless in our opinion.

The foundations that build these two females is as solid as a rock. They are full sisters to the JWC 7114 Angel 114J female that sold for $40,000 ½ interest in the Inaugural Production Sale to Harrell Cattle Company and has already started her production career with success. We love the ultimate level of balance and symmetry that these females are built with, and we think the toughest part is trying to pinpoint their faults. We love the silhouette that they paint, the smooth way that they tie together each of their fundamentals, and the reliability of pedigree that they offer. Obviously they offer choices about hide color, and calving period, but they both offer genuine quality.
Lot 117 JWC 7114 ANGEL 318L
The Next Level mating on W/C Angel 7114E is hitting with a high batting average. Between this sappy middle, feminine necked and big featured female, and the full brother that sold last year to Clay Hoff, it has become pretty obvious that this is a combination that lines up perfectly.

She is a W/C Bankroll 811D daughter of W/C Angel 7114E that sets the standard of excellence from a type and kind standpoint. 333L has a perfect baldy face, long and barrel shaped ribcage and massive stature. She herself weaned off her first calving mother heavy and recorded a 107 WWR.
Lot 119 MOKE JWC MISS 3301L
MOKE JWC Miss 3301L is a three quarter blood female that is the first born daughter of JWC Angel 112J. 112J was purchased out of the 2023 Production Sale by Carter Moke, and is a full sister to 7113E, 7114E and 7110E being a W/C Relentless 32C out of W/C Miss Angel 2870Z. Miss 3301L is built even better than her mother, being extra square pinned, wide based and softer bodied. Numerically she steps it up a notch as well, with top 25% or better WW, YW, YG, BF and REA.
A direct daughter of the elite profitability and calving ease sire, Bar CK 4118B 8102F “Triple Threat”. Her dam is the result of the potent MR HOC Broker x W/C Miss Angel 2870Z flush that also resulted in the $28,000, JWC Angel 126J female that was purchased by the Reimann Ranch. 126J already had sons feature in their 2024 Pasture Sale that were very well received, particularly by those looking for a registered Simmental steer.

The WLE Copacetic E02 x HPF Victoria B396E mating has become one of our most trusted sources of incredible phenotype. The results typically push the boundaries of what Simmental cattle can look like. When referring to JWC Victoria’s Secret 305L there isn’t much more to say than that we idolize the type and kind of this elite phenotype female. She is so long and proper in her outline, eloquent and balanced in her silhouette and just oozes high quality livestock. The daughter of WLE Copacetic E02 is one of the finest daughters that HPF Victoria B396E has produced to date, and we feel that she is the kind that can carry this cow family onto the next generation. From generating high dollar show heifers to breed leading herd sire prospects, we think that Victoria’s Secret is built with the same quality to become a desired source of the goods. The homozygous polled and homozygous black option of the pair is JWC Victoria’s Charm 304L, and she is no slouch either when it comes to her striking look and appeal. Make note that they are both full sisters to the KC2 Miss Victoria 6H female that works for Weis and Lashmett, that produced their $105,000 high selling female this past fall, along with multiple other females between $20,000 and $50,000 over the past three years. A very impressive female that stems from the first mating of ES Right Time FA1104 on Victoria B396E. She has been a standout from early on, and not only because of the phenotype she sports, but the impressive amounts of real world quality both on the hoof and genomically she has been blessed with. Growth wise she elevates herself towards the front end of the pack, offering some very favorable predictions for WW, YW and ADG in her EPD set. She too is homozygous black, just like the two full brothers that sold last year as yearlings for $14,500 and $9,000 to Wade Horstman & Sam Tiede. Note that the day she fell pregnant, she was exposed to both of our heifer bulls, ZTGC Just Cuz 52K and 2/F JWC Unassisted 675K, so if you are looking to register this resulting calf we are more than happy to help with arranging parentage testing.
JWC Vicki 308L is a direct daughter of the legendary HPF Victoria B396E that is sired by the $109,000 JBSF Berwick 41F. Victoria B396E has become one of the most prolific, proven and consistent sources of quality in the ASA database, not only was she a champion in her own right but she has gone onto produce multiple champion progeny. The pedigree that supports this stout made, sound structured female aligns the stars in our mind. We love the natural turn to her rib cage, the extra stoutness that she offers from behind, and the ultra-maternal look about her front third. A three quarter sister to 308L, sold for $33,000 half interest in the 2023 “Two is Better than One” Female Sale to the Heaton family!

This pair of red headed, purebred females stem from the concoction of two up and coming stars of the breed. Paternally you will find our $90,000 high selling, W/C Red Bird 269J stud that still continues to gain momentum as one of the leading red hided AI sires available on the market. We think these two offer a world of good to a program focusing on developing the quality of their red hided cowherd, as not only do they offer some freshness from a pedigree standpoint, but they certainly don’t hurt the situation when it comes time to inspect the science either.

Stockman from both near and far appreciated the added growth and performance that this genetic combination is creating, and will be just impressed in 2025 by this female and her full brother that sells as lot 47. Genomically enhanced predictions for high growth support the claims we have for this herd bull generator.

Yet when we purchased JCC Missie 810, we could have never expected the powerful influence that the Penners-CC Double Black 2257 daughter would have on the program. She combines all the ideals that we are assembling the cowherd around, and we are excited about her being the leading matron of the Angus program going into the future. She is the dam of Austin Foss’ JWC Cruella 21J that was supreme at the Minnesota Beef Expo, and a pair of SCC SCH 24 Karat 838 daughters that sold this past fall at MPJ. Certainly a sale attraction sells here with this pair of direct daughters of K N C Cabin Creek Sandy 905. The now deceased, and limited inventory legend, Sandy 905 has proven that her generating ability is timeless. Nearly 16 years after her birth, she has continued to add high sellers to the list with multiple daughters between $15,000 and $50,000 over the past couple of years. What is even more impressive is how the 905 daughters have followed in their dam’s direct footsteps in production. A long list of championships and impressive dollar figures can be attributed to the 905 legacy, two highlights include the Silveiras Style 9303 daughter known as “Roxi” that was selected as the Reserve Champion Angus Female at the 2017 National Western Junior Angus Show and the $100,000 EOS promotional sire Wrigley. This female deserves serious consideration from both a genetic progression and investment standpoint, the marketability of her pedigree and build aligns with the trends of the business, being a female that flawlessly combines genomic and phenotypic excellence.

We purchased the dam of L17 from the Eichacker program, she is a W/C Fort Knox 609F daughter that wowed us with her low maintenance body type, good looks and long term build. This first born daughter of hers is sired by CLRS Jefferson 951J, the leading red hided ABS owned, purebred sire. This red hided, homozygous polled, purebred female comes with a neat look from the side, being tight and angular about her front third, neat in her lines and balanced in her outlook. She will calve with a ¾ blood calf by JWC Codigo 1530K when the grass is getting green.

JWC HARL Miss 3602L is a purebred daughter of the $300,000 TRCC Pandemic. She has the outlier phenotype that the paternal influence has been expected to generate, and seeing is believing here! We love the eccentric look and feature of this dark hided beauty. She is ultra durable in her structural build, dense and robust in her middle third and cocks off with undeniable presence. This one is fun to look at! We think her mating to DUFF Rizz 22271 has the makings to be a very valuable coupon once it comes time to cash. Her maternal pedigree stems back to the Baileys 415B donor female that raised the Hartman Cattle promoted, $42,500 GPG Dynasty 415J, and is a direct daughter of the multi-million dollar producing, Bailey’s Ms Dreamy 946W.

The results of combining two of the most trendy individuals in the Simmental database, the $530,000 SO Remedy 7F and the multiple time major show champion female, America. America was crowned Reserve Champion Female of the 2020 National Western Stock Show, from there she went on that summer to win the 2020 AJSA National Classic and was also Supreme Champion Female at the 2020 Iowa State Fair Junior Show. If you have been studying the trends of the showring, we think it is becoming more common to find the push for cattle that are faultless, and extra balanced, we think this female is a prime example of those descriptions. Invest with utmost confidence and never look back, this is the kind that generates the high dollar show heifers you see selling across the nation.

She flips from a top 30% BW figure to a very impressive top 4% WW number, and continues her impressive data package all the way through maturity. Across the board you will find that she charts top 20% or better for 10 traits of importance. Also notice her top 10% TI index that reflects her ability to increase profitability to a programs bottom line who markets cattle on the rail.

This Ruby NFF Up The Ante 9171G daughter is a perfect combination of stout and impressive phenotype, with a genomic package that reads of all around profitability. JWC Phyllis 2011K presents her case as a high caliber donor candidate. Being a direct daughter of the influential Angus dam, FCF Phyllis 532, places her in a family tree that is littered with several of the most exciting and richest valuation Angus individuals to trade hands in the past couple of years. She has averaged over $48,250 on 17 daughters sold through the Udell family’s “The Advantage” sale over the past four years! Also a maternal brother to 2011K was the 18th Annual Embryos on Snow featured live lot, UDE New Heights 62/87, that commanded a $280,000 hammer price selling to a syndicate of the industry’s most progressive breeders. In the fall of 2024, another daughter of 532 was the $300,000-second-high selling female in “The Advantage”, UDE Phyllis 4019. Another maternal sister to Phyllis 2011K is Josie Phillips $140,000, B C R Phyllis 092J, that went on to be the Grand Champion Owned Female at the 2022 National Junior Angus Show and 2023 FWSS ROV Grand Champion Angus Heifer. Long story short, this is a female that stems from the best in the business. We admire the extra power, mass and shape that this cow family has become so renowned for, and the there is no denying that her mating to some of the trendy sires in the business is set to yield big returns.

Two purebred Angus daughters of the JCC Missie 810 female, the donor that is leading the JWC Angus division. This is a linage that is proving to appease the most progressive Angus seedstock producers, as her first daughters entering production have been delivering the goods! We think these two females offer the opportunity to secure a flagship matron shortly before she enters the prime of her producing years! This pair are maternal sisters to both Austin Foss’ JWC Cruella 21J that was supreme at the Minnesota Beef Expo, and a pair of SCC SCH 24 Karat 838 daughters that sold this past fall at MPJ. The Silveiras Style 9303 sired JWC Missie 380L is built with some outlandish proportions! She has the trendy combination of a massive center body cavity and high tying, sleek neck attachment, we think her potential to generate high dollar show heifer prospects is high! The Black Ace Double Run 4/8 sired 379L offers an outcross pedigree to a large majority of the most popular AI sire options that has been producing the most demanded show heifers. In fact, 810 herself lacks the presence of any of the common pedigrees that you will find winning the breeds highest accolades. The closest tie to a “showring” pedigree would be via her maternal great granddam, P V F Miss Raptor 024 who is the maternal granddam of the legendary PVF Insight 0129.

Angus show heifer producers gather round here! As this pair of full sisters from Seldom Rest Lucy 0075 certainly offer themselves up as some very impressive breeding pieces and carry the maternal backing of some of the best to ever do it! Stemming from two of the most recognizable and potent show cattle producing linages, it comes as no surprise that there is an abundance of quality built in here. Their dam, Seldom Rest Lucy 0075 has been a force towards the goals of show heifer creation within our program. She is one that we think sets the standard of excellence from a look and design standpoint and is one of the most impressive mature cows that you will ever lay your eyes on. She too screams longevity and high productivity, with an udder quality and structural integrity are of the utmost quality. Her pedigree is built upon several champions, her dam, Seldom Rest BRMF Lucy 743 was a multiple time major show champion for Kathryn Coleman, and has now become a leading producer for both the Seldom Rest and Sierra Ranches programs. Another generation reveals the Dameron Lucy 868 female that Reserve Grand Champion Owned Cow Calf at the 2010 NJAS. Two females that supply ample amounts of maternal power, and stand up to the hype with their own impressive phenotypes.

A past champion, that is bound to produce champions! We know there are lots of paths you can go down when breeding cattle in this business, and while our passion is the Simmental business, we sure enjoy dabbling with some composite show heifer production. That’s where you will find, Violets R Blue 23L, as a highlight of the bred heifer division. Not only will she stand out from a color and markings standpoint, but she is one of the biggest footed, biggest legged, biggest haired, biggest bodied females to sell on Valentine’s day! The ideal proportions here are hard to make, but we think 23L ties them together incredibly well. This BMWC In Control 404F ET female was very successful show heifer for Hollis Fawcett this past summer, being crowned the Reserve Supreme Champion Female at the 2024 SD Summer Spotlight.

This year we are offering the opportunity to purchase a small, hand selected group of mature females that are in the prime of their production careers. Leading the division is the four year old SC Donna H17 female that has most definitely proved her value through her impressive production record. You will find her daughter sired by Ruby NFF Up The Ante 9171G selling as lot 151 in the bred heifer division of the offering. And while this purebred female has the potential to generate value added cattle with her own genetic base, we are excited to offer her while carrying a heifer calf embryo pregnancy sired by WHF Greater Good and out of the leading lady W/C JWC Angel 9005G. We think this is an enthusing caveat to this prime aged, high quality female.

The kind that got the ball rolling for our program, she is moderate, sow bellied and a brood cow deluxe! The W/C Lock Down 206Z influence has become a trademark name associated with quality in the Simmental business and his timeless quality and eye appeal shines brightly in this granddaughter. She is the dam of the $15,000, Miss Werning 052H that was purchased by Luke & Emma Lieffring of LJL Cattle Co. Her mother, the Miss Werning 384A matron was a time tested producer with several progeny selling into some of the best cowherds in America, including W/C Alexis 89F that sold in the 2019 Spring Black Label. Cattle with this kind of build and genetics return on investment quickly.

STAG Good Times 210 ET remains the leading Angus semen selling sire for the Griswold Cattle program, and this SCC SCH 24 Karat 838 son has been utilized by the best in the business, yielding serious results for those who invested. This quality comes from the maternal backing that supports 33J and Good Times, being the SCC SCH Phyllis 6104 donor that works for the Stagemeyer family. She was a successful show heifer, but has elevated herself to the next level as a matron in production, with not only Good Times as direct progeny, but also the STAG Phyllis 41H ET female that was campaigned by the Oakley family of Tennessee to Reserve Champion Angus Female at the 2021 American Royal. A legendary pedigree supports this impressive female. Also note that a direct daughter of 33J sold for $11,000 on the 2023 Lafrentz Cattle December Female Sale.

A daughter of 299 sold in our 2023 Production Sale to Kendall Mcareavey. Greiman Royal Blackbird 299 still gleams with a look at me kind of presence, a trait that elevates her into the category of show heifer producer in our mind!
