Welcome to the 2010 OYE Heifer & Steer Futurity Sales Thank you for your participation in the OYE Futurity Sales! The OYE staff is pleased to offer you a quality set of heifers and steers and is confident that our consignors have brought cattle that will fit nearly any program. The OYE Futurity Sales offer the additional incentive of the Futurity Showback for Oklahoma 4-H and FFA exhibitors. All animals sold will be eligible to compete in the 2011 Showback for additional premium money and prizes so long as they are exhibited by an Oklahoma 4-H or FFA member. We invite you to take the time to analyze these cattle and find your next winner and look forward to providing a first class event to everyone involved! 2011 Futurity Showback General Rules 1. All animals entered in the Futurity Showback must have been purchased from the 2010 Futurity Sale. 2. Futurity Showback cattle must be exhibited by an Oklahoma 4-H or FFA member who has had ownership of the animal for 60 days prior to the Oklahoma Youth Expo Livestock Show. 3. There is no additional entry fee required to compete in the Futurity Showback. 4. So long as there are three (3) or more animals of the same breed, classes will be broken by breed. All other cattle will be shown as an AOB. 5. Champion and Reserve Champion animals from each breed will compete for Supreme Champion and Reserve Supreme Champion honors.


SALE TERMS TERMS OF SALE Terms of the sale are cash or check. All cattle are to be paid for during or immediately after the sale and will not be released until after settlement has been made. BIDDING All animals sell to the highest bidder. Any disputes or challenges regarding bids will be settled by the Auctioneer and his decision will be final. CATTLE GUARANTEE Each animal will be at the buyer’s risk as soon as sold. Further guarantees may be offered by the seller or on a lot by lot basis. Please inquire with individual consignors. REGISTRATIONS, HEALTH PAPERS & STEER CERTIFICATES All cattle eligible for registration will be registered at the time of the sale. Transfer paperwork will be completed by the OYE.
