Friends and Fellow Cattlemen: Welcome to our 13th Annual Angus Production Sale. Years of dedicated labor and study along with judicious investment have allowed us to develop this herd that we are very proud of. All of you know how much work and devotion it takes to build a program, and you know the work is never over. You must continue to improve on what you have to satisfy yourself and be progressive. We know that we are now in the position to be able to offer a strong set of females from start to finish that can improve your herd. The bred heifers are outstanding, as are each of the other sets of females in the offering. The donors in the sale have done a great job for us and have allowed us to part with them so they can go to work for you. Take a good look at the calves and the genetic backing behind them— we hate to part with them. We are pleased to have KiamichiLink Ranch as a guest this year, and their offering is also outstanding. Thanks to Jesse, Davie, José, Geraldo and all the others who have helped with the herd in the past year. We hope to see you August 29th at the sale and on Saturday night for the pre-sale social and cattle viewing. Please call if we can assist you in any way. Thank you!

• The dam of this proven donor is the $18,000 foundation Rita selected by Ratcliff Ranch through the 2005 Express Sale, EXT 1206. 1206 is one of the most powerful daughters of EXT you will find. A full sister to 4016, New Design E019, was the $20,000 top-selling two year old of a past Express sale; she is now working in the Rawhide Trail program in Texas and is the dam of the $90,000-valued Rita E019 3386, sold to Vintage Angus Ranch in California through the 2005 Express Sale, and Rita E019 3389, the $56,000-valued selection of Baldridge Brothers in Nebraska and Southern Cattle Company in Florida through that same event. Maternal sisters to 4016 include PAF 1206 1418 E094, the $20,000 selection of Limestone through the 2005 Express Sale and grandam of the $52,000 top-selling bred heifer of the first Limestone sale, Miss Ideal P278, selected by Prospect Hill Farm in New York. • Bred A.I. 12/15/09 to SAV Bismarck 5682. • The dam of this daughter of the $263,000 EXAR 263C was a sale feature and valued at $94,000 in the 2008 Express Ranches Big Event. Sired by Rito 1I2, 6710 is stout and phenotypically flawless. A full sib heifer pregnancy to this lot was a $7,500 selection from our 2009 sale, where a maternal sib heifer pregnancy by Bismarck also sold for $10,000 to Werner Angus. 6710 traces back to the popular Forever Lady 715 donor, who continues to be productive in the Jac’s Ranch program. Don’t miss the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of one of our most exciting young donor dams! • 0108 ranks in the top 1% of non-parent Angus females for Milk EPD, the top 2% for YW and $F, top 3% for $B and top 10% for WW, Marbling and $G. • Sells open.

Heifer Calf Pregnancies

Dear Friends, It is with great pleasure that we of KiamichiLink Ranch are guests of Pollard Farms. Barry and Roxanne have a solid program and are great friends—not only to us but to the Angus breed. We are offering a small but deep set of young females and pregnancies. Represented are dams like the legendary GAR EXT 2114, ALC Hazel L12L (dam of ALC Big Eye), SH Rita 4500 810, Sinclair Lady 1C8 4465 and SAV Elba 4436, and sires like 6807, Bismarck, War Party, Upward and Iron Mountain. Some of the heifers have great potential in the show ring and greater value as future donors. We invite you to see our offering at Pollard Farms on a great weekend in Oklahoma. Thanks again to Barry and Roxanne for their hospitality. Tucker Link & Rondel Gillenwater KiamichiLink Ranch

SAV Elba 4436

The Pathfinder dam of these two heifer pregnancies was selected from the 2008 Schaff Angus Valley Sale and went on to sell one-half interest for $30,000 for a $60,000 valuation to KiamichiLink. She also produced the top Yearling Weight EPD female of the 2008 SAV calf crop as well as the $20,000 top-selling confirmed heifer pregnancy of the 2010 National Western Stock Show to Reisig Cattle of Montana. The $100,000-valued grandam of this female ranks among the top income producing cows in the SAV program, with her progeny also including the proven sire SAV Peacemaker 3179 as well as the dam of the Buford Ranch and KiamichiLink donor SAV Elba 6381. Backed by the popular and proven genetics of SAV Bismarck 5682 and SAV 8180 Traveler 004, the Lot 78A mating is a three-quarter sibling to the 2009 National Junior Angus Show Grand Champion Female, SAV Emblynette 8035, the $80,000 Select Sires bull SAV Bismarck 8258, the $67,500 ABS Global sire SAV Brilliance 8077 and the ABS Global sire SAV Brusier 8077 as well as being a paternal sibling to the $156,000 new Genex/CRI sire SAV Brand Name 9115. A sister to these heifer pregnancies sold for $30,000 for half interest to Reisig Cattle and Limestone in the 2010 Buford Ranches Sale.

• The $120,000 dam of this heifer pregnancy, GAR EXT 2114, posts phenomenal data with 267 registered progeny and a 102 %IMF ratio and 100 REA ratio on 153 head scanned. 2114 is a full sister to the $300,000-valued GAR EXT 2104 and the $480,000-valued Coleman Blackcap 0813. This pregnancy links back to the legendary female who produced over $3 million in progeny sales, GAR Scotch Cap 867. She is considered by many the top source for carcass genetics in the Angus breed. 867 is where the bar is set for longevity, reproduction and potential carcass merit. • This mating crosses that powerful cow family with SAV Iron Mountain 8066, a premier calving-ease bull with exceptional phenotype. He was selected by Peak Dot Ranch as a $75,000 top-selling bull in the 2009 SAV Sale and has continued to gain momentum with added owners KiamichiLink and Eby Ranch. The phenomenal dam to Iron Mountain is the third lowest Birth EPD cow in the SAV herd and earned a birth ratio of 91 on 5 calves. Her Right Time dam is the record-selling cow in SAV history, produced from four consecutive generations of Pathfinder dams from the Madame Pride family, descending from the first cow in the Schaff program to be enrolled in embryo transplant. Iron Mountain is one of the hottest young bulls in the Angus breed. • Selling a confirmed heifer pregnancy due 1/25/11.
