DOUGH LAB
Series of interior design projects for a cookie chain store, located in PIK Avenue Mall and Central Park. The design for each store is inspired by their cookies flavor, and the concept for the two designs are The New Yorker and The Duchess. The New York street adopts grab and go, simple, and fast vibe. The repetition of metal partitions helps to define the space, while the combination of gray charcoal and white color, creates busy metropolitan city feels to the store. The wood plank seating also represent the street seating in the New York Parks. Whereas, the Duchess is more elegant with some magenta tint, and it is meant to be a place for people to hangout and enjoy the space.

30° Park
The 30° Park is a social housing project located in Obrera, Mexico City. The design is influenced by the site quality and context: park, heavy traffic, and existing building. The park then continues to the whole site with commercial spaces on the ground floor. In addition, to block the heavy traf fic on the west part of the site, the social hous ing takes the advantage of the existing building (west-south) to stop the traffic, and closing the block for pedestrian walkway only. The combination between the existing buildings and the new buildings on the south-end also allows to maintaining the original fabric and also introducing the new fabric to Obrera. The social housing then takes part starting from the second storey and goes up to 10-storey height on the North Building. To extend the quality of the park, the design of the park continues vertically with the openings that serves as a shared private space for the residence.
