Le Festival Stradivaria mise sur l'innovation

Pour sa 22 e édition, le Festival Stradivaria, connu jusqu’alors sous le nom de Festival International Hautes-Laurentides, se réinvente afin de poursuivre la présentation de ses concerts et spectacles.

Prévues initialement du 3 au 28 juillet, ces prestations musicales sont reportées à l’automne 2020. La présentation de concerts et de spectacles à Mont-Tremblant, Saint-Faustin-Lac-Carré, RivièreRouge, Labelle, Nominingue, Mont-Laurier, St-Donat et St-Alexis-desMonts a donc été confirmée. Le dévoilement de la programmation devrait, sous toute réserve, être connu au courant du mois de juillet.

Soulignons que le festival Stradivaria sera par ailleurs en concert à Terrebonne le 12 juillet à 19 h 30, à la Cité des sports en formule cinéparc. La rockstar du violon Alexandre Da Costa et son Stradivarius seront sur scène avec le Trio jazz de Taurey Butler et le quatuor à cordes du Festival Stradivaria. Ils y présenteront Stradivarius Électrique avec, notamment, Vivaldi en version Hard Rock, Bach en Boogie & Soft Jazz, sans oublier Pachelbel et son célèbre Canon en version futuriste.

L’équipe du Festival Stradivaria, plus que jamais déterminée à assurer la pérennité de la culture musicale, a par ailleurs diffusé sur Facebook une superbe vidéo d’Alexandre Da Costa. Le célèbre violoniste y est accompagné des musiciens de La Musique du Royal 22 e Régiment des Forces armées canadiennes pour présenter une version de l’illustre pièce Amazing Grace. For its 22nd version, the Festival Stradivaria, previously known as the Festival International Hautes-Laurentides, is reinventing itself in order to pursue the presentation of its concerts and shows.

Initially scheduled for July 3 to 28, most of the musical events have been delayed until fall 2020. Presentations of concerts and shows in Mont-Tremblant, Saint-Faustin-Lac-Carré, Rivière-Rouge, Labelle, Nominingue, Mont-Laurier, St-Donat and St-Alexis-des-Monts have been confirmed. The program information should be released, to the best of our knowledge, during the month of July.

Festival Stradivaria will be presenting a concert in Terrebonne on July 12 at 7:30 p.m. at the Cité des sports in a drive-in movie format. Violin rock star Alexandre Da Caosta and his Stradivarius will take to the stage with the Taurey Butler Jazz Trio and the string quartet of Festival Stradivaria. They will present Stradivarius Électrique with, notably, Vivaldi in a Hard Rock version, Bach in Boogie & Soft Jazz, as well as a futuristic version of Pachelbel and his famous Canon.

The Festival Stradivaria team, more determined than ever to ensure that musical culture persists, has also broadcast on Facebook a superb video of Alexandre Da Costa. The famous violinist is accompanied by musicians of La Musique du Royal 22 e Régiment of the Canadian Armed Forces to present a version of the beloved Amazing Grace. The video is available on the Festival’s Facebook page as well as on that of La Musique du Royal 22 e Régiment.
