Fish, so many tasty choices! Ingredients: • 50 g/kg Degens Dry Glaze Tomato/Basil (7037104) • 1/3 part fresh calamaris rings • 2/3 part Mediterranean wok vegetables

Mediterranean stir-fry with calamaris

Preparation: 1. Poach the octopus rings and leave to drain 2. Marinate them with the Dry Glaze Tomato/Basil 3. Mix this with the wok vegetables 4. Present on a suitable dish

Spring salad with salmon and asparagus

Ingredients: • 200 g Degens French Dressing (7036826) • 500 g asparagus, cooked • 100 g leeks • 150 g peas, frozen • 50 g spinach, fresh • 500 g salmon, cooked Preparation: 1. Cut the asparagus in pieces 2. Cut the leeks in two lengthways and then in half rings 3. Wash the spinach and drain thoroughly 4. Apportion the salmon 5. Mix all ingredients together lightly

Ingredients: • 70 g/kg Degens Marinade Bourguignonne (7044251) • Cod filet (or other whitefish) • Chopped peppers • Spring onions, sliced • Aluminium foil Preparation: 1. Cut the cod into the required pieces 2. Marinate the cod with Marinade Bourguignonne 3. Form the aluminium foil into a boat 4. Place as layer of mixed vegetables along the bottom 5. Then lay the marinated fish on top 6. Garnish with a few more vegetables

Indian wok dish with vistrio

Ingredients: • 150 g/kg fish Degens Marinade Pasanda Curry (7044363) • 1 portion of fish including: - 1/3 Atlantic Wolffish - 1/3 Tiger Prawns - 1/3 Crabsticks • 1 portion of wok vegetables including: - Cauliflower - French beans - Shallots - Carrots - White cabbage Preparation: 1. Cut the Wolffish into strips 2. Cut the crabsticks lengthways 3. Marinade all the fish with Marinade Pasanda Curry 4. Then mix the vegetables with the fish briefly 5. Present on a suitable dish

Ingredients: • 300 g Degens Filet/Préparé Sauce Extra (7022481) • 1 kg smoked or steamed mackerel

Filet American mackerel

Preparation: 1. Fillet and skin the fish and chop into smaller portions 2. Mix the fish with the fillet sauce. Mix gently so the fish retains its oils Tip: If you would like a more spicy version, use the Filet/Préparésauce Martino (7029128).

Indian Fish Spit

Ingredients: • 50 g/kg Degens Marinade Indian Herbs (7044249) • Whitefish of your choice • Green pepper, diced • Mini tomatoes • Skewers Preparation: 1. Cut the whitefish into large cubes 2. Marinate with the Marinade Indian Herbs 3. Place everything alternately on a bamboo skewer 4. Present as desired Tip: You can replace the Marinade Indian Herbs by the Dry Glaze Indian Curry (7038738).
