NINGBO, CHINA - worked from late competition phase to end of design development phase (primarily on CCRC) - worked with team to further develop facade from initial competition phase - worked with team to adjust design to meet local codes, regulations, and shifting budgets - acted as architectural BIM manager for all 3 parcels (CCRC+hospital+nursing home) - coordinated with local Chinese engineers for DD and CD level structural design - coordinated with local Chinese architects for DD and some CD handover - regularly created and presented in-house real-time 3D presentations for the client - coordinated and edited final animation for competition submission - renderings and animations seen here were produced by a rendering company under my direction - currently under construction - Revit+Enscape+Sony Vegas

the machine’s mobility allows it to provide the same level of care to migratory or displaced populations as to more established permanent communities
a patient begins the body replacement process by uploading cognitive and genetic information
the final vestige of physical healthcare as we know it will manifest itself in the interface between physical and digital existence as we transition to an era not experienced in the four dimensions we now perceive as authentic, but as a simulation of a reality that better suites our conscious minds, free from the physical limitations of the world we have resided in thus far.
