Be your best self. We won’t let you settle for less. Make yourself at home at Trinity-Pawling. And then leap out of your comfort zone. As a brotherhood, we’re a caring community that will push you to be nothing short of extraordinary. So what’s a typical day on campus? It’s action-packed. Chapel warms your spirit, academics churn your mind, and sports pump your heart. After a family-style meal, you’re free to toss a Frisbee on the Quad, cast a lure in the pond, or Skype with your parents. Study hall follows—with opportunities to meet your teachers for extra help. Cap the night with a trip to The Cave for a snack and your favorite show on the big screen TV. Check in with your dorm parents, who are there whenever you need them—at any hour. Day students are always welcome to join evening and weekend activities. But it’s not just what you do each day that counts. It’s how you do it. You’ll learn what it means to be a good citizen and a man of great character through opportunities to lead and to serve. You’ll live among boys from all over the globe who will expand your worldview. And you’ll be ready for college and beyond with 300 brothers behind you every step of the way.
Put down roots. You’ll want to stay awhile. Find your home away from home on our stunning 150-acre campus. We’re a buzzing community, with eight dorms, a gym and state-of-the-art athletic facilities, a chapel, and an Arts Center with a theater and painting studios. Zip into New York City by train for cultural activities and weekend trips, or enjoy the great outdoors just minutes from campus. The best way to get involved at Trinity-Pawling is to dive right in.
CLUBS Join the Record Club to broadcast your favorite music on our student radio show. Write an editorial and see your byline in the student newspaper The Phoenix. Lead campus tours with the Key Club, become an academic leader with the National Honor Society, and volunteer for community service. The list of clubs goes on. You’ll make deep friendships, build your resume, and discover lifelong passions.
LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES Maybe you were born to lead, or maybe you’re learning what it takes. Our community is intentionally designed to draw out your gifts. Build your character and integrity by becoming a senior prefect, a dorm proctor, a club head, an athletic team captain, or a dean’s assistant. Step up with senior leadership programs and the ropes course, which will build your confidence and teach you how to be an effective leader.
WHAT ABOUT THE WEEKENDS? You hit the books hard, but you’ll get plenty of down time. You can take a weekend hike on the Appalachian Trail. Challenge the faculty to a softball game on the Quad. Or test your bowling chops, join a trip to the mall, or wow us with ’80s movie quotes at trivia night. Speaking of movies, catch the latest James Bond film in our theater, or meet up with your friends (yes, girls) at a social or sporting event.
