is
EVERYONE’s responsibility, and we ask that everyone remain focused on improving and making sure everyone goes home at the end of every shift. As we continue to grow and secure more and complex projects, the focus will remain on our four metrics on our projects – Safety, Time, Money, Quality.
Thank you all for your hard work, and we look forward to the TRINITY Town Hall next week. Sincerely, Reg Arnold

What has been your favorite project at TRINITY? "The NVTRP Horse Riding Arena. The project itself presented challenges unlike any other project I’d worked on – but the client themselves and their mission to help children, veterans, and anyone with special needs was inspiring."
What is your favorite hobby?
"I make noise (some people call it music, but I’m not very good). I collect instruments - 5 guitars, 3 ukuleles, a banjo, a mandolin, 2 keyboards, a melodica, a drum kit, harmonicas, and wide variety of misc. percussion items."
What do you like to do on your days off?
"My weekends are packed running between my 3 kids’ soccer, baseball, and basketball games & practices – it’s awesome!"
Describe TRINITY in 3 words! "Can build anything."
Why did you choose a career in construction? "It was a bit of an impulse move. I was working in IT at a private school while we were going through construction. Through a series of unfortunate events, I took a year off, went back to school and here I am."
What is something about yourself (a fun fact) that people may not know? "I once worked in the castle at Disney World. I was a cast member in Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe. "
What is your favorite part about working at TRINITY? "I like the people I work with and I like working for a smaller company where all the employees know each other."
What is your favorite hobby? "Reading and Hiking"
What is something about yourself (a fun fact) that people may not know? "I have made appearances in multiple magazines (Edible Chesapeake & Allegany Magazine) for work with local food systems to improve regional food security. Sustainable agriculture is one of my greatest interests and passions!"
What is the most rewarding part of your job here at TRINITY? "When we overcome hurdles creatively as a team to deliver quality work to clients and they are satisfied with the finished product."
What is your favorite hobby?
"My favorite hobby is playing music but gardening is a close second."
What has been your favorite project at TRINITY? "Although it was most limited in scope and contract value, I really enjoyed Parker Rodriguez, mostly because the clients were great at communicating and were appreciative of the work. Also, Josh taught me a lot of things I had never seen before under my previous PM’s purview such as how to write Exhibit B’s and enter values into PIMS. It was a good job to learn basics on, and felt like it flowed smoothly."

TDP Velsor - Tina Kegley & Kevin Meade The Velsor job was pretty smooth, so we do appreciate the effort that went into that. As for Tina and Kevin on the 6th floor at 1410, they are killing it. Those two are knocking it out of the park. A day doesn’t go by that someone from my team mentions another thing the two of them do that no one else does. Job progress, up to date photos and notes, accurate billings with descriptions, and the whole job was the cleanest and most organized project I’ve seen in a decade. That team is going to get sick of working here because we’re going to give them every job until they get sick of us. Appreciate the oversight and support. We feel very fortunate. - Tim Incheck | Rockhill Management.

PROJECT ACCOLADES
TRINITY Team:

One of a kind, design-build rural fire suppression system designed to National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards. This consisted of adding one 31,000-gallon underground storage tank, connected to a second 21,000-gallon storage tank that drains into an 18-foot-deep pump house / artificial wet well. A sprinkler discharge pump was placed on top of the wet well and discharge piping was laid in the ground to the sprinkler room of the main Riding Arena facility, located approximately 100-feet away from the pump house. After entering the sprinkler room, the piping was distributed throughout the building to provide both dry and wet system fire protection (see attached diagram). Wet service is provided to the conditioned areas of the riding facility, including
