Labor

As we continue to drive towards the SAFETY culture that we all want it is important that we understand how to recognize and reward our employees that go to extra mile each and every day As you have seen, we are reviewing the safety audit reports when we receive them and send out official notifications to those that are doing great work. It's not our desire to call out those reports that are continuing to see infractions, however it is our desire to highlight the reports that are showing such great improvement The only way to get better is to learn and strive for continuous improvement which is our number one goal.
