VENUES FOR HIRE

INTRODUCTION

Trinity School, Croydon, is delighted to open its doors to parents, alumni, members of the local community and the public. Outside of normal school hours, a variety of our top-tier facilities are available for hire, offering a range of venues perfectly suited for everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. Explore the exceptional spaces Trinity has to offer and make your next event something special.

OUR PURPOSE

Trinity School’s facilities are used for the benefit of its students and its community. By hiring our venues, you not only enjoy safe, high-quality spaces aligned with our school’s values, but you also support our long-term charitable goals. Your bookings help reduce the school’s reliance on school fees, driving a financially sustainable Enterprise programme, while fostering connections with the local community and the extended Trinity family.

TRINITY CONCERT HALL

The Trinity Concert Hall is a stunning venue, perfect for large events. With seating for up to 470 guests, a stateof-the-art stage, sound and lighting systems, and tiered seating, it’s designed to make any performance or celebration unforgettable. Whether you’re hosting a community event, concert, or private function, the Concert Hall offers a professional, grand space to impress your guests.

MITRE THEATRE

With fixed seating for 124 people, the Mitre Theatre offers an intimate environment for small-scale theatre productions, talks, or music performances. Fully equipped with a projector, dropdown screen, and lectern, this versatile venue ensures your event is engaging and well-supported, no matter the occasion.

RECITAL HALL

For more intimate performances and gatherings, the Recital Hall offers a refined and elegant setting. With excellent acoustics and a welcoming atmosphere, it’s ideal for recitals, recordings, or smaller musical events, providing the perfect backdrop for memorable moments. A professionally equipped recording studio is linked to the Recital Hall.

PAVILION

Set between the school’s two playing fields, among Trinity’s 27-acres, the Pavilion is a versatile space ideal for smaller gatherings. With seating for up to 50 people, a screen, and a kitchenette, it’s the perfect spot for small talks, conferences, parties, and special occasions. The Pavilion combines charm and functionality, with the feeling of being linked to the outdoors, through the beautiful views of the school playing fields.

TRINITY BOETIUS CENTRE

Nestled in the breathtaking Brecon Beacons, the Trinity Boetius Centre is the perfect getaway for small groups seeking adventure or relaxation. With accommodation for up to 61 guests in 9 en-suite bunk rooms, plus additional double and single rooms, this self-catering venue provides all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, a dining space, and plenty of storage for outdoor gear. Available to book all-year-round, the Centre is ideal for school field trips, outdoor pursuits, team-building retreats, or family reunions.

SPORTS CLUB

Trinity Sports Club is proud to offer outstanding sports and fitness facilities to members and guests, open outside of school hours, allyear-round. With two large sports halls, three squash courts, four tennis courts, a fully equipped, modern gym, and a swimming pool, the club is perfect for athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all levels. Whether you’re looking to stay active, train for a competition, or simply enjoy a game with friends, our diverse range of facilities has something for everyone. The Sports Club also features two astroturf pitches, ideal for team sports and group training sessions. Whatever your fitness goals, Trinity Sports Club has the resources and support to help you succeed.

CLASSES AND COURSES

If you or your children want to learn a new skill, in the comfort of Trinity School, the classes and courses offered by the Trinity Enterprise Department could be perfect for you. Utilising our range of specialist instructors and facilities, you can do anything, from becoming a qualified First Aider, to learning how to use Photoshop, or picking up basic Spanish speaking skills, and much, much more. In the Sports Club, during school holidays, you can also attend the weekly Intensive Swim School, or attend a half-term sports camp run by the head coaches in a variety of sports.
