Business Units

We start by helping your organization align each one of its divisions towards a common goal. To do so, we develop Strategy Maps with both shared objectives and those unique to each unit, and then cascade key performance indicators and goals to materialize the corporate initiatives that will impact each division.

2 Support Units

Subsequently, we guide Support Units (HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, etc.) to develop their short, medium and long term strategies and goals and make sure that these are aligned to the business units’ strategies and corporate priorities.


Key Processes
