Mondays & Wednesdays 7:00 PM - 7:45 PM

Our certified spin instructor will lead you through a 45minute cardiovascular workout using low impact spin bikes. Music and voice are used to keep you inspired while you control everything from your speed and resistance to your intensity level; so your workout can be as challenging as you want it to be.

Mondays & Wednesdays 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

A revolutionary new workout where every move is synced to the beat of the music. Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to motivate your every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the beat, helping you make it to that last rep.

TRX is an effective total-body workout for all ages. It is easy on joints while you build functional strength that can enhance your performance and way of life. The TRX assists with balance and form. Great for strengthening your core muscles using some or all of your own bodyweight.
