A young lady, Lauren Howard, helped us today with a few issues in getting things onto east devon hub. She was very polite and extremely helpful. It did not matter to her that I had to phone her about four times!! (I was just slow in getting my head around things) She is truly an asset to have working for you and deserves a medal for her patience and speedy responses.
