Ingredients
4 Vollkornzwieback (dried bread) 500 gr. of spinach 4 fresh wild salmon steaks Onion, garlic and rosmary. 1 Lime.
Method
Cut the onion, garlic and Rosmary into small pieces. With a little bit of butter, put everything in a pan with the spinach on top. Cook at a low temperature.
