STAGE 1 - WHARE

The Whare project is now complete and is in the defects liability period.

There are a few minor issues that need to be addressed and will being actioned in the next month. This includes door hold backs so that they can be kept open without using rocks.

Whareongaonga AGM by Jody Toroa on 9 November.

These drawings are appended to this document.

Detailed drawings for the Building Consent Application are nearing completion and the application will be lodged with Gisborne District Council in early December.

Tender documents are nearing completion and the project will be put out to tender before Christmas, with the tender period closing early February 2013.

We are currently working through options for the dewatering field as the marae has limited land for this purpose.

STAGE 3 - WHAREKAI Work for this project is estimated to begin towards the end of 2013.
