In partnership with the Olympia Tumwater Foundation, come along as we take you back in time and explore the rich history that makes Tumwater what it is today. You will hear from the experts as you find yourself amazed of all the wonder that is Tumwater. Pre-registration is required. Virtual Guiding Good Choices: Navigating Middle School Years for Parents It's finally happened! You have a middle school student and it's a whole new academic and social ballgame. Strengthen communication skills, reinforce bonds with your student, and reduce risky teen behaviors in a fun series of workshops to help you successfully navigate and actually enjoy the middle school experience.
Virtual "Outdoors" Classes with David Kaynor Outdoor classes are taught by David Kaynor, member of the Washington Ornithological Society, the Geological Society of America, and the Planetary Society. All classes for ages 18 & up. Volcanic Washington 1.5 Washington State has some of the most impressive geology in the world. View the top fifteen in this presentation. Topics include how each feature was formed and where to find it. Handouts provided.
