1 jicama, peeled and halved ½ small onion ¼ cup cilantro, fresh 2 Tbsp. lime juice ½ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
Directions 1. Using the Handy Spiralizer with the Thin Cut Cone, spiralize the jicama. 2. Roughly chop cilantro. In a medium bowl, place jicama, onion, cilantro, and lime juice. 3. Season with salt and pepper; toss gently to combine. 4. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate, up to 6 hours.
