Ingredients 5-6 granny smith apples 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. butter ½ cup brown sugar ½ cup white sugar ¼ tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. cinnamon ½ cup peanuts 1 cup caramel sauce

Directions 1. Core apples, coat inside of apple with lemon juice to stop from browning, place in the Stack Cooker 3 Qt. Casserole, dot with butter. 2. In a small bowl mix together brown sugar, white sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and peanuts. Pour over apples and microwave on high for 7-10 minutes Check apples for tenderness. 3. Pour caramel sauce over apples.
