Ingredients 1 lb. chicken breast, skinless, boneless 2 cups bread crumbs ¾ cup parmesan cheese 1 egg, beaten with 2 Tbsp water 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil ½ cup pasta sauce ¼ cup chopped fresh basil ¼ cup fresh mozzarella, cut into small cubes ½ cup grated provolone cheese ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions 1. Drizzle oil in the Stack Cooker 3 Qt. Casserole. 2. Mix together bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Dip chicken in egg mixture then bread crumb mixture. 3. Place in the Stack Cooker 3 Qt. Casserole and microwave on high for 3 minutes, flip over chicken and microwave for an additional 3 minutes or until no longer pink. 4. Pour sauce over chicken and sprinkle basil and all cheeses over sauce, microwave on high for 4-6 minutes.
