Sausage & Cheese Q u i c h e

Ingredients 12 sausage links, chopped ⅓ cup onion, finely chopped 1 cup shredded cheese, your choice 2 cups whole milk ½ cup dry pancake mix 6 eggs ½ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. pepper

Directions 1. Place Stack Cooker Colander in the Stack Cooker 3 Qt. Casserole, add sausages and microwave for 4-5 minutes; drain. 2. Clean Stack Cooker 3 Qt. Casserole and lightly coat with cooking spray. 3. Add sausage, onions and cheese. 4. Whisk remaining ingredients together and pour over sausage mixture. 5. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes on high. Add additional time if needed. 6. Let stand for 5 minutes covered
