Ingredients 1 lb. raw ground beef 1 small onion, diced Salt and pepper, to taste 2 cloves garlic, minced 2-3 cups beef broth 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes, do not drain 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 bay leaf salt and pepper to taste 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables

Directions 1. Place the Stack Cooker Colander on the Stack Cooker 3 Qt.

Casserole. 2. Crumble raw ground beef, onion and garlic in the Stack Cooker

Colander, and season with salt and pepper. 3. Cover and microwave on high power for 2-3 minutes, stir, re-cover and microwave for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add remaining ingredients, stir well to combine and microwave on high for 10-12 minutes.
