Ingredients 1 (15.5-oz.) can lentils ½ tsp. cumin 1 tsp. garlic powder ½ red bell pepper, chopped ½ onion, chopped ½ cup crushed fire roasted tomatoes Salt and pepper to taste

Directions 1. Add all ingredients in the Stack Cooker 3 Qt. Casserole and stir. 2. Microwave on high for 6-8 minutes. 3. Ladle into bowls and serve with warm crusty bread
