Ingredients 3 green onions, diced 2 cloves garlic 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 small zucchini, cut into chunks 2 stalks celery, diced 1 small carrot, diced ½ lb. chicken breast, diced 1 Qt. chicken stock Salt & pepper Zest and juice 1 lemon 2 Tbsp. parsley ½ cup orzo or soup pasta

To serve Fresh dill Lemon wedges Crusty bread

Directions 1. Add green onions, garlic and oil in the Stack Cooker 3 Qt. Casserole and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. 2. Add remaining ingredients and microwave on high for 10-12 minutes. 3. Ladle into bowls and serve with a generous handful of fresh dill, a lemon wedge and warm crusty bread
