Ingredients 2 tomatoes cut into large chunks 2 Tbsp. shaved Parmesan ¼ cup yellow bell pepper, chopped 2 basil leaves, chopped 1 cup whole wheat croutons 2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinaigrette Balsamic Vinaigrette ½ tsp Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp. water 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil ¼ tsp. table salt ⅛ tsp. black pepper
Directions 1. Toss ingredients together in the Salad on the Go Bowl, when ready to eat. 2. Combine vinaigrette ingredients in the Quick Shake Container, cover and shake until ingredients are combined. Pour over salad, when ready to serve.
