Ingredients 4-oz. can chipotle in adobo 2 Tbsp. adobo sauce 1 cup heavy cream ½ cup chicken stock ½ tsp. kosher salt 4 garlic cloves, peeled

Directions 1. Transfer chipotle peppers to a strainer and rinse under cool running water; reserve 2 Tbsp. of the adobo sauce. 2. In the SuperSonic Chopper Extra with blade accessory add chipotle peppers, reserved adobo, cream, chicken stock, salt and garlic.

Cover and pull cord until smooth.
