Ingredients 1 cucumber, peeled ½ cup watercress 1¼ cup buttermilk or yogurt 1-2 Tbsp. of lemon juice Dash of Tabasco or a pinch of cayenne pepper salt and pepper

Serve with crackers, crudité or bread

Directions 1. Halve cucumber lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut the cucumber into large cubes. 2. Cut and wash the watercress. 3. Mix the cucumber, cress and buttermilk in the SuperSonic Chopper

Extra fitted with blade attachment. 4. Add lemon juice and a dash of Tabasco. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes and serve chilled.
