Ingredients 1 cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained 1 cup sour cream 1 tsp. kosher salt 2 garlic cloves, peeled 2 (canned) chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
Serve with crackers, crudité or bread
Directions 1. Place chickpeas, sour cream and salt in the SuperSonic Chopper
Extra with blade attachment, replace cover and pull cord until pureed. 2. Add remaining ingredients to the SuperSonic Chopper Extra. Cover and pull cord to blend until smooth. 3. Place seal on base and refrigerate until cold, serve at room temperature. 4. Serve with crackers, crudité or bread.
