Ingredients 1 cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained 1 cup sour cream 1 tsp. kosher salt 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry ½ cup fresh Italian flat leaf parsley 2 garlic cloves, peeled ¼ cup buttermilk

Serve with crackers, crudité or bread

Directions 1. Place chickpeas, sour cream and salt in the SuperSonic Chopper

Extra with blade attachment, replace cover and pull cord until pureed. 2. Add remaining ingredients to SuperSonic Chopper Extra. Cover and pull cord to blend until smooth. 3. Place seal on base and refrigerate until cold, serve at room temperature. 4. Serve with crackers, crudité or bread.
