Jalapeño Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients 12 oz. fresh cranberries rinsed and drained 4 green onions, minced (¼ cup) ¼ cup cilantro or parsley, finely chopped 1-2 jalapeno peppers with seeds and ribs removed, finely minced 1 cup granulated sugar 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice ⅛ tsp. salt 16 oz. cream cheese, softened Assorted crackers, for serving

Directions 1. Add cranberries to the SuperSonic Chopper Extra with blade attachment. Cover and pull cord to roughly chop. 2. In a medium-sized bowl, add chopped cranberries, green onion, cilantro and jalapeños. Add sugar, lemon juice and salt on top of cranberry mixture and stir gently until blended. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. 3. Take cranberry mixture out of the refrigerator and stir all ingredients together. Strain out all liquid. 4. Place softened cream cheese in the SuperSonic Chopper Extra with

SuperSonic Chopper Extra Whip Attachment. Cover and turn handle until whipped, spread cream cheese over bottom of a pie plate or 9x9 dish. 5. Pour cranberry mixture atop cream cheese and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve. 6. Use a spoon to spread over crackers and enjoy!
