In 1960, Virginia K. Turpin opened a small real estate office in the Old Firehouse building on Main Street in Mendham. Her goal: to provide the best service to area buyers and sellers.

Under the steady guidance of her son, Jack, Turpin Real Estate blossomed into the premiere independent real estate firm in the region. An innovator with keen business acumen, Jack’s tenure as president was defined by his commitment to high standards and his passion for the area.
