Youth Speak Forum is an event where young people come together to transform ideas into actions that will impact the world. Expectations: To share ideas and experiences with entrepreneurs and companies. Share objectives with the most important leaders in business and social environments to generate a positive impact in the world. Objectives: Discuss relevant issues that concerns to our country and to the world. Build relationships between companies and AIESEC.
CONGRESSES AIESEC
National and International reunions for AIESEC Members.
Expectations: To develop our Leadership Model trough LEAD sessions. To work with other LCs to increase the knowledge. To share thoughts and experiences. Objectives: Every AIESEC Conference has a concrete strategy to present. The activities in a Congress will be in the aim to boost opportunities, create synergy between committees , areas or countries, make reviews, MC presentations- elections, etc.

National Conference (CONAL) Expectations: First conference of the year where around 700 delegates gather to kick-start their year. Youth Speak Forum takes place along with MCVPs election process. Objectives: For EBs to start their year with all the functional knowledge they will need. For LCs to refine their planning.
EB Summit: Atlantis
Expectations: Second national conference of the year. This is targeted for around 300 EB members with specific content to deliver fruit peak. Objectives: To have a clear strategy about fruit peak. Content from Xpros around the world is delivered. Last conference with current MC.
Description: Expectations: This third conference of the year is open to around 600 delegates from all levels. Second Youth Speak Forum of the year takes place. Objectives: New MC is introduced during this conference along with their strategies and teams. LCs are focused to do their replanning for their second semester.

Expectations: Last national conference of the LC calendar year. This conference is solely targeted to EBs to catalyze their previous 9 months experience. Objectives: To have a clear strategy and actions to deliver Fish Peak. New global direction after IC is delivered.

Monthly Local Committee Meeting Expectations: To be aware of all the LC activities. To obtain knowledge (Education cycle activities and sessions). Learn about processes and meet between LC members. Objectives: To present all the areas Advance and to share the biggest achievements of the month. To talk about important issues for the committee.
Quarterly recommended Local Committee Day Expectations: Activities which promote engagement With AIESEC. Depth personal knowledge between members and leaders of the different areas. Objectives: Promoting coexistence among committee members. Bounding. Build committee’s identity.
“Encuentro de Padres AIESECos” Expectations: In this reunion we expect to have a close relationship with AIESEC member’s parents in order for them to support their AIESEC experience. Objectives: To present the work in AIESEC with the Leadership Development Model. To present all the opportunities AIESEC gives to their sons. Talk about being host and TN Takers opportunities.
Induction and Motivation Seminar Expectations:
The Motivation and induction seminar is the event where we communicate to the new members: WHAT WE DO THE WAY WE DO IT WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO To be aware of all the LC activities. To obtain knowledge (Education cycle activities and sessions). Learn about processes and meet all LC members. Objectives:
We aim to generate a sense of belonging, motivation and basic knowledge of the organization.
Re-Integration Seminar Expectations: To understand how the world has shaped their behaviors . How their experiences can help the community and the world and understand that this is the beginning of a new journey for their experiences. Objectives: Re-integrate the up coming EPs as LC Members.
Outgoing Preparation Seminar Expectations:
To be self aware of why are we doing what we're doing, and how is this impacting our professional life. Reflection on personal development & benefits from Xs. How this exchange experience will change us. Objectives: Ensure EPs are fully prepared for their exchange experience (Culturally and logistically) Ensure EPs have a full understanding of AIESEC and our programs. (To increase the reintegration rate of EPs to join TMP after X) Learn about XPP, Simulations, expenses, NPS, visa procedures, cultural shock, etc.
