Job Description: The main Role of the President is to facilitate the implementation of National Direction towards the achievement of AIESEC Vision. As LCP you will also lead the EB Team and the LC in the direction to the achievement of planned results by the end of the term. You will work with the EB Team, by inspiring, coaching, involving and encouraging them to have a proactive role in implementing the Local Direction. You will represent your LC in the external environment and in the National Network, strengthening the positioning in there and bringing inside the National Direction. As LCP you are also expected to guarantee AIESEC Program: Financial Sustainability and legality of our operations along with the LCVPF. Team Leader Program The Local Committee President is the main responsible of the finances of the Local Committee & of the realization of the organizational goals.

Be the external face and representation of your committee and AIESEC to key stakeholders • Final responsible for the financial and legal responsibilities of your LC Fill in national survey, report and other doc. Material, knowledge and information management. Ensure that the essence of the organization, Leadership Development Model and Standards of the experiences are met. Ensure local alignment to national and global drivers.
