FLUID [open] Space

In the weaving of distinct identities, Morro can build the richest experience. Fluid Space is a bayside park uniting four key characters in the Morro community: Harbor, Beach, Town[people], Power Plant Nature Center. Native botanic elements sweep down from the Plant into the bay, a sheltered beach space fits beside the harbor-inspired children’s play zone, and paths weave seamlessly from grove to grass to beach to pier. Lawn mounds bulge beside the harbor boats, while the grandest “dock” space borders the massive Plant, woodland, and sandy dunes. Rather than isolating any part of the unique Morro identity, Fluid Space brings people of any walk to a place that feels like a new version of home.
