• Air supply sleeve the turbocharger (2)
• Oil vapor collection pipe from the engine breather (3)
• Air supply sleeve from the turbocharger the cooler (4)

• Air supply sleeve from the intercooler the intake
NOTE: the the sleeves the intercooler are that the pipe that the right - hand side the intercooler goes the intake manifold. The pipe that the left - hand side the intercooler goes the turbocharger
Disconnect the upper radiator support (1) from the damper support for the bonnet (2) . Then remove it. Remove the relay the grid heater (3) , including the support and the supply disconnecting from the alternator , and the supply the grid heater , disconnecting from the intake Also remove the battery charge cable from the alternator .

T o - install the engine, proceed follows:

Refit the support with the grid heater relay and supply cable. Connect the alternator with the charge Connect the supply cable the relay the grid heater
• Reinstall:
• Upper radiator sleeve
• Air cleaner / turbocharger sleeve
• Oil filter collection pipe / air cleaner
• Intercooler right - hand sleeve the left - hand side:
• Intercooler left - hand sleeve
• Refit the lift oil filter including the supply pipe the
• Refit the pump including the oil supply the Reconnect the intake pipe the Connect the inlet pipe and the supply pipe the Steering - O - Matic Also fit the tank and the related
For the TK4050 and TK4060 fit the bypass valve assembly and the oil supply pipe the mission.
• Reconnect the supply the heat exchanger pump the bypass valve assembly Reconnect the return the intercooler assembly

• Reconnect the radiator lower sleeve and refit the plug.
• Refit the muf fler and related flame
• Refit the right - and left - hand fan guards.
