The French Food and Drink Federation is proud to attend Natural Products Expo East at the Philadelphia Convention Center, from September 28th to October 1st, 2022.
The food processing industry is the #1 industrial sector in France, generating a turnover of €180 Billion USD, and is the #1 French industrial employer. Our federation represents the French food processing sector, of over 17,000 companies, 98% of which are SMEs. We support these companies daily in developing healthy, safe and sustainable products for local and export markets.
We are proud to showcase products by 3 French companies on our booth 1156. You can taste a range of exciting, traditional and innovative products, including gluten free products, candies, cookies , spreads and more.
Our booth is co financed by the European Union, and is part of our “European Taste Experience” Campaign run by Business France, the French trade office. The campaign aims to improve the visibility and sales of European products on the American market from 2020-2022.

THE COMPANY
A small family run company producing traditional hard coated candies since 1591, Anis de Flavigny manufactures candies with only 3 ingredients from plant-based origins: aniseed, cane sugar and natural flavors. They are sold in vintage metal oval tins; an eye catching presentation. They are certified organic & vegan and are FDA and NOP compliant.

THE COMPANY
Founded in 1896, Colibri is the oldest industrial pastry shop in France, established in Pon in the Charente Maritime region. With more than 120 years of history, Colibri became famous for its chocolate shell madeleine recipe, patented in 1973. At the heart of their recipes are surprising and original flavors that renew the pastry experience along with simple, high quality ingredients: fine sea salt from Ile de Ré, local flour, French chocolate and pastry butter. All pastries are made in France, free from palm oil, artificial flavors and food coloring, and packaged in recycable paper

Since 1920, Sofalip has specialized in manufacturing organic nut products in Provence via their 3 factories that produce nut butter, energy bars, non dairy nut milk (almond milk), cocoa spread and snacking nuts. Their main focus is developing nutritional food products using the expertise gained over the last century of production; allowing them to offer quality artisanal food products.
