Experience New Activities No gym in town can beat the breadth and scope and added benefits of what UCLA Recreation offers in instructional and experiential programs. Discover the ocean by learning to sail or kayak, light up the dance floor with ballroom and Latin dances, or learn martial arts. Test yourself on the Rock Wall or organize a Challenge Course program for your department. You can experience all these opportunities and more right here at UCLA.
Commit To Your Fitness and Health We are a leader in offering cutting-edge employee fitness and wellness programs to educate and motivate individuals to live healthy lifestyles. Programs range from individually motivated ones such as iWorkout to one-on-one training with a Personal Fitness Trainer to highly structured programs requiring commitment like the Bruin Health Improvement Program (BHIP). Whatever you need to spark your motivation to get active and be well, UCLA Recreation has a program that will work for you.
Discover Your Potential Enjoy the satisfaction of team competition through our UCLA Masters Swim Club, Golf Club outings, any number of Club Sports teams or an Intramural Sports team with your department. For group activities with less competition—but just as fun and challenging—explore an Outdoor Adventures day or weekend trip to hike, camp, rock climb and discover the great outdoors.
