This class is for children who have either little or no water experience. Designed to help infants or toddlers become comfortable in and around the water with a parent or guardian, this class teaches parents techniques to help orient their children to water activities in a safe manner. This class is NOT designed to teach children to become good swimmers or to survive in the water on their own.
Group Lessons are available Saturdays for children aged 5-12 years in a variety of skill groups. Please review skill descriptions closely as UCLA Recreation will not be able to accommodate children of all skill levels at all lesson times.

ALL DAY, WEEKLY SESSIONS.
Camp Bruin Kids Level A provides a fun-filled summer with a wide variety of supervised activities and experiences tailored for younger campers. Activities center around a weekly camp theme (see below) and culminate in a Friday camp-wide celebration. Because these young campers do not go on weekly field trips, children in the Level A program have a weekly “field trip” that comes to them.
