Hello from Secretariat
UCLG ASPAC is glad to welcome two members who joined the Secretariat Team at the beginning of 2019. Both of them will contribute to UCLG ASPAC’s efforts to further strengthen the Secretariat and foster synergies and collaboration with other staff members in order to ensure the effectiveness of our work Human Resources, Administration and IT Manager Lenny Trisnandari has joined the Secretariat as Manager for Human Resources, Administration, and Information Technology (HR/Admin/IT). She has been working for multinational companies for 14 years and international NGO for 14 years. Her professional background extensively focuses on HR with 16 years of experience working in this field. She is well familiar with HR issues within complex organizational setting and very comfortable working others as a team, within multi-cultural environment. Bachelor Degree holder of Business Administration from University of Indonesia, Lenny’s qualification also included Certified Behaviour Analyst and Certified Project Management (PMPRO). Furthermore. she has experience in handling North East Asia Regional Work and Adhoc Assignment in Jhpiego Kenya, Bangladesh, South Africa and Namibia Office.
Finance Manager Edward Martin has joined UCLG ASPAC as Finance Manager since 25 February 2019. Having Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Edward used to work in the Finance Manager roles for more than fifteen years in various international organizations in Indonesia, Afghanistan, and Timor-Leste in different donor funded projects, such as USAID, DFAT, DFID, TGFAM, World Bank, and EU/ECHO.
He also undertook various related roles, including Assistant Finance and Compliance Manager on USAID-Community Development Programme, Head of Financial Reporting at CIFOR, and Finance Manager of Afghanistan Resilience Consortium, among many others in Cardno Emerging Markets Education project and with Palladium International on Poverty Reduction Support Facility. Possessing these background, Edward’s career goal is to gain new experiences and increase professional knowledge through collaborations with all UCLG ASPAC team members.
