Terms and Conditions 1. The competition is open to all UEA International Summer School students enrolled for summer 2016. 2. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason. Incorrectly completed, late or illegible entries will not be accepted. 3. Winners will be chosen by a panel from all entries received by the closing date. 4. The closing date for the ‘Excited for Summer School’ competition is Monday 20th June 2016. 5. Winners will be announced via our Facebook group and Twitter page. 6. By entering the competition you agree to have your name released as the winner if required. 7. By participating you agree for your photo to be shared on our social media sites. 8. Prizes are not transferable to another person. 9. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. 10. The University reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page. 11. Prizes will be given out at the International Summer School Finale. 12. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent 13. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
