
ENERGY BITES
Ingredients
1 cup of oats
Makes 20

Method
1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
1tablespoon of chia seeds
1/3 cup of honey
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Measure all ingredients
Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl together until thoroughly combined.
Roll the mixed ingredients into small sized balls
Cover the mixing bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, or until the mixture is chilled. (This will help the mixture stick together more easily.)
